M&L for PCC C-2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified.

S&F mild steel roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries. rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. Fe-410-W (Grade E-250) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shapedwasher etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes,without any attachment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of new surfaces of steel of any description, over 10 cm width or girth not other wise described and appliying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall & celling boards (fiber pulp insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets of any thickness, including cover fillets.

S&F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling including hangers 6mm dia GI adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. Flat 40 X 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasterns 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 8 mm thick exposed metal frame ceiling with Calcium silicate board of liceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600 mm x 600mm grid Both side laminate complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC Nominal mix type B-1 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia as in reinforcement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble stone masonry uncoursed, with best quality locally available harder stones such as granite, trap, basalt stone etc, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair faces of brick work in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound of approved quality, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mat finish/ glossy premium quality Joint free (edge cut) coloured/printed ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square / rectangular) polished area of each tile 600 x 600 /1200 mm as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and including 15 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix distribution board iron clad, vertical DB double door with IP-43 protection suitable for MCB TPN as incommer and MCB as outgoing 415 Volts 3 phase 50 Hz 4 way, complete with appropriate size copper busbar and neutral link complete with one MCB TPN 415 Volts 63 Amps rating, 16 KA breaking capcity of the same make as of distribution board & including cutting chases to wall for fixing DB and making good the disturbed wall surface all as required at site and including taking down old unserviceable existing DB any type/size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure powder coated DB for fixing of MCBs, SPN 8 ways double door, IP-42 protection with 200 Amp rated bus bar, 240 Volts including taking out of old MCB DB of any type/size and removing from site to MES store for reuse if serviceable or for credit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix isolator TPN 63 Amp 415 volts, 10kA, 50 Hz of complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable exhaust fans any type/size, supply & fixing exhaust fan (steel body) AC single phase 230V of size 300 mm, 1400 RPM with louvers shutter including making/repairing hole in brick/stone wall as per site reqmt and making good disturbed surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Old unserviceable exhaust fan to be deposited in MES store yard.

supply and fixing celling fan 1200 mm sweep power 53 W RPM 380 Air delivery 220CMM with downrod, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing temper proof electronic meter (with Backlit LCD Display) accuracy class 1.0 (ISI Marked), three phase, 3 wire, 240 volts (+) 20%, (-) 40% of capacity 10 to 60 Amps (Measures & Displays kWh, V, I, KW, six months history of Energy & MD in kW), 50 Hzs, anti temper proof features as specified including necessary sealings and connection with suitable size of PVC insulated copper cable multistrand with appropriate size of copper lugs at no extra cost including carefully, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Old unserviceable energy meters to be deposited in MES store yard.
