SUB-HEAD I - SITC OF 11 KV VCB PANEL & 11/0.415 KV TRANSFORMERS & MAIN PANEL

Supply & Delivery of Cast Resin Dry Type 11KV/415V 750 KVA, 3 Phase,50Hz, Dyn11,copper wound, Class F insulation associated with winding temperature indicator/controller,having cable end box in the HV & LV sides suitable for 3 Crore 300 Sq. mm. XLPE cable of 11 kV grade on HT side and 04 nos 4 Core 400 sq. mm in LV side and all accessories and conforming to IS 11171-1985 & IS - 2026 with latest modification (if any) & CBIP Specification and as per detail specification attached ( uploaded in the specification section) [ Make: ABB/Voltamp ( Vadodara)/CGL ].

Installation & commissioning of 11KV/415V 750 KVA Dry type distribution transformer incl. carriage to the substation building within a lead of 30mtr by placing in position and fixing after leveling fitting all components, connecting, checking & set of all instrument, relays according to requirement as instructed by the EIC incl. S&F base channels etc.

Supply & Delivery Indoor-type, floor mounted,metal clad, single tier, fully compartmentalized,free standing, 11 kV VCB Panel with 5 Nos 800 A VCBs (1 Incomer + 4 Outgoing), totally enclosed and fully interlocked , horizontal drawout, horizontal / vertical isolation type breaker as per IS 13188, as ammended upto date and as per detail specification attached ( uploaded in the specification section) , suitable for use on 11 KV, 3 Phase,50 Hz AC supply to energise 2 nos 750 KVA Dry Type Transformers & one existing Substation, one spare. [ Make : ABB / Siemens / CGL].

Installation & commissioning of the above 11 kV VCB Panel with P.T & all the accessories, incl. carriage, by placing in position, assembling, lining up, levelling and checking all instruments, relays, correctly set according to requirement.

Making testing arrangement and submitting the test report for high voltage testing of specified voltage incl. checking & testing of all HT / LT equipments by authorized firm of Directorate of Electricity & commissioning the installation after obtaining the Approval of Directorate of Electricity. The scope shall be also included the necessary approval from Authority also.

SUB HEAD II - HT/ LT CABLING IN SUBSTATION Supplying of 3 Core x 300 Sq.mm 11KV (UE) Grade XLPE Aluminium conductor, PVC sheathed, armoured cable conforming to IS 7098, of earthed system of following size.[ From Supplier HT Gear to Consumer HT Gear and to Transformer].

Laying of 1 No. 3 core 300 sqmm 11KV (UE) Grade XLPE Aluminium conductor, PVC sheathed, armoured cable confirming to IS 7098, of earthed system in the existing Masonary Open Duct as required.

Supply & Delivery of 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated. Making heatshrinkable joints indoor type to the ends of 3 core 300 sq.mm. XLPE HT cable of 11 KV at the transformer end as well as at the VCB ends supplying with necy. jointing kits (Raycham), sockets, sleeves, anti-corrossive paste, wires, solders, jointing compounds, rubber sheets etc. incl. supplying of necy. tools & tackeles for crimping the end sockets, soldering irons & making of glands at the both end of the cable as per directions of EIC

Construction of cable duct having inner size 1 mtr depth 0.6 mtr width having 300mm brick wall at both side by 1st class brick & cement mortar (1:4) after digging earth, 75mm brick soling and 75mm cement concrete (1:1.5:3) over brick soling without reinforcement. The duct will be covered by 100mm thick cement concrete slab (1:1.5:3) with reinforcement and shuttering and reinforcement by 8mm steel rod (100x100). Inner side of the trench should be plastered with cement mortar (1:4) 15 mm thick with 3 mm net cement finish.

SUB HEAD III - SUB STATION EARTHING Earthing with Copper plate (610x610x3mm size) having weight of 9.84 Kg and 1 No. 25x5mm Copper strip (3.20 mt long) & 1 no. 6 sqmm PVC insulated stranded Copper wire (4 Mt long) incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (4 mt. long) to be fillied with bitumen, partly under the ground level & partly above ground level as per detail specification attached ( uploaded in the specification section) [ FOR TRANSFORMER NEUTRAL EARTHING ]

Earthing with 80 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium)x 3.0 Mts. long and 1 No. 65 mm x 8 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including finishing both ends by making holes etc. and S & F 80 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts

Insulating the 65 x 8 mm M.S. flat incl. S&F black heat shrink PVC sleeves etc. The PVC tube sleeve to be inserted on the GI flat and heat shrinked by heating apparatus by skilled technician carefully without damaging the PVC sleeve as per direction of the EIC

S& laying 185 sq. mm. single core multistrand PVC insulated flexible Cu wire in suitable size of PVC flexible pipe (reinforced) from nutral earth busbar to transformer point as required (for Transformer /Generator neutral earthing) including Socketing both sides by Cu Socket.

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 50 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S & F 25 mm x 6 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc.

SUB HEAD : COMPOUND LIGHTING Supply & Delivery of 9 mtr Steel Tubular Pole Type 410-SP-30 of Length 9 mtr. Wt-133 Kg with 5mm thick base plate, GI earth bolt after making hole Pole cap etc. as per direction of the EIC.

Erection of Single Steel tubular pole of length as given below with/without sole plate & Cap etc. in CC foundation (Proportion and dimension indicated below), having 600x600x150 mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block below sole plate/pole with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) muffing 0.30 mts. dia and 0.30 mts. above ground level including 3 mm thick neat cemented finish and GI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc. on pole & carriage of pole upto 1.6 Km from Store to work-site including filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly. Supply & Installation of LED Sign Board Designing, Fabrication, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Outdoor LED Signage (Approximate Size:14' Length X 4' height) in English/Bengali (letters given and approved by concerned department) for letters with following specifications

(a) The box for the signage will be fabricated in Aluminum Square tube of size 25 mm. X 25 mm. of 16 gauge frame complete with necessary priming and painting. The box will be covered with 3 mm. thick Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) sheets of the entire board. The complete installation will be water, vermin and dust insulated and protected.

(b) Letter Description: Approx 9" x 5" size of letters (Approx) made of Aclrylic Sheet with male female attachment, on router cut ACP Sheet of front incl. all accessories as required. The Designed must be pre approvedfrom the EIC.

(c) LED Illumination:High Bright, High Wave length closed type waterproof white LED modules (0.72 W or Higher) mounted on interior side of female part of letter with power wire running back to a central power area with 12 Volt LED Power Transformer to adequately drive the whole LED modules without Flicker.

(d )Internal Electrical Wiring will be done by Halogen Free Flame Retardent HRFR compound insulated (Unsheathed) 1.5 Sq.mm. copper flexible cable through interior conduit and Electrical Raceway.

(e)Erection the above sign board with three nos. 40x40x6mm MS angle iron support rigidly grouted on suitable muffing which are making on the roof/Piller/Wall to avoid the uprooting by wind pressure and painting as per direction of EIC

b) 1x 18W TMC 501 TLED with 1 no 18W Master LED Lamp 1200mm 18W865 T8-I 2100 Lm(Make Philips/ Equivalent product of Crompton/Wipro having Similar specification in all respect)

Supply of ceiling fans complete with all accessories having the following Model / Cat No. a. 1200 mm Sweep ( Crompton Aura )

The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.

Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill.

If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules
