(R.C.C) Reinforced cement concrete work: Providing and laying plain/reinforced cement concrete works cement with coarse sand & 20mm down graded stone aggregate including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete but excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work (form work and reinforcement will be measured and paid separately). (i) Using mixture machine. (B) In superstructure from plinth level to 1st floor level. Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofa, landings, cantilever slabs, chajjas, balconies and the like. (a) Floors etc. upto 200 mm in thickness. Reinforcement Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforcement bars conforming to relevant I.S code for R.C.C work/R.R walling including straightening, cleaning, cutting and bending to proper shapes and length as per details, supplying and binding with 20G annealed black wire and placing in position with proper blocks, supports, chairs, spacers etc. complete (upto 1st floor level). VITRIFIED TILES (A) ON FLOOR Providing VITRIFIED floor tiles of approved quality of specified size, shape and thickness not less than 18mm on floors, skirtings, risers and treads of steps over 15mm thick base of cement mortar in prop. 1:3 (1cement: 3 coarse sand) including cutting where necessary finished with flush pointing with fix-A-Tile (Choksy/Sika/Pedelite/Rouf)/ white cement slurry mixed with approved pigment to match shade of tiles, mixed with approved pigment to match the shade of the tiles, complete at all levels as specified and directed. Antiskid tile: Providing Antiskid tiles of approved quality size, shape not less than 8mm on floor, skirting over a cement mortar bed 15mm thick of 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) approved make fix with Fix-A Tile (Choksey/Sika/Pedelite/Rouf) white cement complete at all level as specified and directed. (B) Vitrified iii) Executive range-2 (Sizes 600mm x 600mm and above) i) Nitco made 5.9.4 Extra for Granite finish in marble slab/tiles at all levels.

Chowkhaths: Providing wood work in frame (chowkhaths) of door, windows, clerestory windows and other similar works wrought, framed and fixed in position in contact with C.C. or brick masonry wall including, supplying, fitting and fixing with M.S hold fast (40mm x 3mm x 250mm) as per designed in embeded in cement concrete block in proportion 1:2:4 and with two coat of kiricide oiling to the timber faces in contacted with C.C or masonry as directed and specified. Block board shutters Providing and fixing Flush door shutters solid core construction with frame of 1st class with hard wood with crass bend and face veneer ply wood face panals conforming to relevent I.S. code including oxidised iron butt hinges, (100mm x 75mm x 3.5mm) 6 nos. with necessary wood/screws. a) Decorative type face panel and block board core. (i) 40mm thick.

Providing, fitting and fixing Syntex PVC door frame made out of extruded pvc section in an overall size of 50mm x 60mm having multichamber scross section with maximum wall thickness of 2mm + 0.3mm with special polymeric reinforcement having overall size of 30mm x 25mm width, 150mm lenght at hard ware location. the corner joints shall be either mitre cut and welded or joints by means of concealed cleates with necessary screws fitting.

Providing, fitting and fixing PVC Door shutters of 37mm (single panel seamless finish) or Syntex make, at all levels made of extruded sections in the configuration of A' The overall dimension is 37mm x 90mm, with usual process variation having a wall thickness of 2mm with a variation of + 0.03mm provided with all plastic reinforcement to avoid rusting. The shutter frame is mitred and joined at the corners by means of stainless steel screws. The corners of the shutter frame are being reinforced by polymeric reinforcement of the size 125mm x 250mm and the lock rail is reinforced by 45 x 18 x 255 size reinforcement. The lock rail is made of extruded hollow PVC section in the configuration of 'H' having wall thickness of 2mm with a variation of +0.03mm and effective dimension of 37mm x 105mm. d) Applying one coat of alkali resistance primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

Wall painting (two coats) with Plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/Berger paint/ICI paint/J&N paint/ Nerolac) on new surface to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand paperd smooth. Analysis-1 Providing and placing at site the issue Circulation Desk with built in drawer shelf using 19mm thick BWR plywood (IS-303) of approved make. All the exposed surfaced of the table shall be laminated with 1mm thick lamination of approved colour mentioned in the drawing. The internal surface of the table and the drawer shall be finishing with balancing laminate of 0.8mm thk of approved colour laminate on all sides. Shelfs of the drawer shall be made with 12mm thick plywood with two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer with necessary hardware fixtures. The top of the table finished with 12mm thick glass with machine polished edges as per enclosed drawing.

Analysis-2 Providing and fixing low height partition upto 1500ht. Made of sal wood frame work section 46 x 35mm comprising of vertical and horizontal at 600 c/c or part there of both direction fixed firmly to floors and walls in two parts-Lower part upto 1200 ht. shall have 12mm B.W.R. plywood fixed on either sides and finished with 1mm thick laminate of approved shade and make as per design and upper part above 1200 ht. upto 1500 ht. provided with 8mm thick itching glass paint fixed with timber beading or on both sides. All timber work to be polished with melamine finish.

Providing and laying of inter locking concrete block pavement (ICBP) with cement concrete paver blocks as per IS 15658-2006 of thickness 80mm and 28 days compressive strength not less than 30 N/W over a layer of bedding sand of compacted thickness 30mm, laid either in stretcher/running/herringbone pattern of bonds as directed by the engineer and in proper level and grade and compacted with appropriate equipment such as plat vibrator along with spreading of a thin layer of joint filling sand to fill up the gaps between blocks including construction of edge restraint wherever required complete as per drawings and Technical specification clause 1504 of MORD.

Providing drain with brick work in cement mortar in proportion 1:5 with half brick thick side walls and 100mm thick C.C (1:3:6) base over one brick flat soling including 15mm thick cement plastering in prop. 1:3 finished with a floating coat of cement slurry as directed with necessary shuttering for sides and earth work in excavation of foundation trenches and refilling the sides after completion of work etc. as specified. ii) 300mm wide and average 250mm deep with bed slope 1 in 150 with initial depth of 100mm.

Repairing Renovation of old Buildig with painting and colouring SURFACE PREPARATION (a) Removing white or colour wash by steel wire brushing and / or scraping, sand papering and preparing the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete.

Painting one coat (excluding priming coat) on old wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping.
