Comprehensive maint and servicing of electrically operated 22 Nos Goods lift for G+7 of capacity 2000Kg, with a speed of 0.5 M/sec with single speed motor 145 Volts +10%, 3 phase, AC 50Hz supply, conforming to IS 14665, with variable voltage & variable frequency drive (VVVF drive) to travel ground to seven upper floors with 8 stops and 8 landings with all standard accessories, microprocessor based simplex automatic and manual dual contolled operation with or without attendant, ARD system, centre opening doors with door drive (Electric motor drive mechanism), 128 beams infared sensor in full height of door & built in announcing system with hand set, car illuminated with 6 numbers 3 watt LED lights (3 Nos light connected with emergency battery system) including replacement of minor defective and unserviceable minor parts during contract period, attending to breakdown as and when intimated including necessary periodical safety checking and testing of lift as mentioned in relevant code of practices/ IE for the safe and eficient performance of lifts installed in Mayank, Chirag, Chinab, Mayur, Pamba, Pradeep, Parag, Periyar, Pawan, Prakash, Prasanth, Mithun, Chandhini, Mahesh, Minar, Chethna, Chitra, Chakra, Chaman, Praveen, Prabhat and Pratap Buildings at SMA Rameswaram. Comprehensive maint and servicing of electrically operated gearless passangers lift (02 Nos) for G+7 of 8 persons capacity 544Kg, with a speed of 1.5 M/sec 3 phase, AC 50Hz supply, conforming to IS 14665, with variable voltage & variable frequency drive (VVVF drive) to travel ground to seven upper floors with 8 stops and 8 landings with all standard accessories, microprocessor based simplex automatic and manual dual contolled operation with or without attendant, ARD system, centre opening doors with door drive (Electric motor drive mechanism), infared sensor in full height of door & built in announcing system with hand set, car illuminated with 6 numbers 3 watt LED lights (3 Nos light connected with emergency battery system) including replacement of minor defective and unserviceable minor parts during contract period, attending to breakdown as and when intimated including necessary periodical safety checking and testing of lift as mentioned in relevant code of practices/ IE for the safe and eficient performance of lifts installed at Balram Buildings (02 Nos) at INS Dronacharya Make: Escon.

Note for item 01 & 02 above :- (i) Consumable items such as cabin LED bulb of existing wattage and minor spares are deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (ii) All necessary minor spares such as Guides, Rollers, Pulleys, Limit Switches, Door Weights, Door Locking Unit, Brake motor coils, Lubricants, Gear Oil, Relays, SMPS, Belts, Bushes, Bearings of any type, Connecting cables etc and all other minor parts, costing Rs.500/ each and below, which is necessary for smooth operation of lift shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.in comprehensive maintenance. (iii) All Lift Rooms shall be secured with 65mm locks with three keys. (iv) The lift machine history sheet made of foam sheet shall be displayed inside the lift room of size not less than 75 x 60 cm shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates (v) Major Spares required will be measured and paid separately vide item Nos. 03 to 13. (vi) The contractor shall obtain complaints of lifts from Office and submit them duly signed within a week time duly rectified at no extra cost. (vii) All parts installed shall be compatible in operation , fit and finish with the existing elevators (viii) The spares shall be replaced only when found unserviceable at site as decided by GE and not for compatibility with brought incompatible spares and the contractor shall visit site and make sure the status of lifts installed at site. (ix) The work under this contract shall be carried out through OEM of the lifts/ their authorized agency all as described in BOQ, Particular specifications and as directed.

Supply only in replacement of Door Motor for 2000 Kgs , G+7 goods lift.

Supply only in replacement of Main Drive for 2000 Kgs , G+7 goods lift.

Supply only in replacement of Main Sheave for 2000 Kgs, G+7 goods lift at SMA Rameswaram.

Supply only TIC controller Main PCB (motherboard) including all accessories and interfacing PCB suitable for 2000 Kgs goods lift including taking out old unserviceable PCB complete all as specified. Make : Escon

Supply only SMF battery, 12 Volt, 18 AH for Automatic Rescue Device including taking out old unserviceable battery complete all as specified. Make: Exide/ Servo

Supply only 13 mm dia steel rope suitable for goods lift 2000 kgs including taking out old unserviceable rope complete all as specified.

Supply only 8 mm dia speed governor rope suitable for goods lift 2000 kgs including taking out old unserviceable rope complete all as specified.

Supply only Car operating panel flush mount complete assembly suitable for goods lift 2000 kgs including taking out old unserviceable panel complete all as specified.

Supply only landing operating display PCB suitable for goods lift 2000 kgs including taking out old unserviceable PCB complete all as specified.

Supply only Infra-red door sensor incl emitter and receiver suitable for goods lift 2000 kgs incl taking out of unserviceable Sensor.

Supply only travelling cable 3 runs x 16 core x 0.5 Sqmm and 1 run x 12 core x 0.5 sq.mm for 2000 kgs goods lift (G+7) not less than 45 mtr of each size incl removing unserviceable cable. Note for item SI No. 03 to 13: All spare parts/ accessories of lift to be replaced shall be as per site condition and as approved by GE.
