1 The contractor shall exhibit a board as per Government Circular No. Vernacular TNC / 1090 / 25 S. Dated 18-11-1991 with detail specification and

details of works and amount involved at site at the own cost as directed by Engineer in Charge.

2 In R.C.C. item where there is change of grade mix or change as per actual mix design the difference of cement consumption shall be added / deducted

from rate of original item at the rate of star rate mentioned in tender.

3 All works shall be carried out as per Public Works department hand book specification and other specifications of Division or as directed.

4 All the columns in Schedule “B” should be filled in ink and the total of the entries in the last column should be struck by the contractor under his

6 Contractor shall state even "nil" percentage if no deduction is offered.
