Repair to pot holes any depth, n.exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in road path etc cutting around edge to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering, well ramming, compacted and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller to a uniform smooth surface, completed all as specified and directed.

M&Lfor preparation of unsurfaced WBM by wire brushing for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with compressed air to remove all dirt and applying a priming coat of bitumen primer @ 10kg/10 Sqm of VG-10 grade bitumen,completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of granite, trap or basalt stone grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread and consolidated to gradient and camber and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for Premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen VG-30 with binder content 4% by weight of total mix by using 8 to 12 tonne power roller, and applying a priming coat of bitumen primer @ 5kg/10 Sqm of VG-10 grade bitumen ,completed all as specified and as directed.

M&L of preparation of existing black top surfaces by wire brushing for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all dirt and applying a priming coat of bitumen primer @5 kg/10 sqm of VG-10 grade bitumen ,completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix aphaltic semi-dense concrete 40mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content(VG 30) of total mix by weight rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient,by using 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for road marking paint with hot applied thermoplastic paint 2.00mm thick having clear and sharp edges over road surfaces including straighting portion, curve etc in any situation. The therrmoplastic material shall be homogeneously composed of aggregate pigment resin and glass reflector rizing beads in equal percentage as specified. The work include for cleaning of road surface, heating the paints within temperature limits as specified by the manufacturer making proper arrangement for traffic during operation etc conforming to specification,completed all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair for road stud die casted (cat eye) of size 100mm x 100 mm dynamically designed very high impact strength & fitted with 3 panels of glass beads containing 7 highly reflective glass beads and reflector element on two sides fixed ovre road surface ,completed all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for metal tubular delineators of ABS round body struts fitted with 02 nos 65 mm dia high reflective and mounted on MS pipe of 50 mm dia 600 mm long duly powder coated and rust proof incl fixing of delineator on ground with PCC type B1 (1:2:4) completed all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proffing design according to 65) of size 125mm X125mm X 25mm (shank 65 mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4 V/0.3 Watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA ) consisting of super bright LED with 10000 to 18000 mcd complete as per manufactures instruction etc completed all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exc. 15 cm thickness above or below ground level, complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated/demolised material, n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base etc completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement Concrete nominal Mix PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in road/pavements ,ramps,berns,coping etc finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

Forming contraction/dummy joints of 65 mm x 10mm wide primed & filled with sealing compound of bitumen (VG-10) & sand 1:3 mix, complete all as specified and directed

S&F for convex mirror made out polycarbonate material of size 32 inches including fixing of stand length 2.00 m of mild steel pipe dia 40 cm and also including necessary bracket on grond with PCC type 1:2:4 complete all as specified and diected.

Excavating soft and loose soil over area not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out complete,completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation ,completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block 80mm thick with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-40 grade, completed all as specified and directed.
