M & L for machine cut pre polished kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 cement screed bed laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, moulding and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 18-20 mm thick machine cut pre polished kota stone slab in riser of steps, skirting,dado and pillar laid over over 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, moulding and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, terrazzo dado in any thickness from brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removal of rubbish, vegetation etc outside complex (MOD land) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Doubbing out 10 mm average thickness on irregular face of walls in CM 1:6 inclucding rendering 15 mm thick on Stone wall/Concrete walls external surfaces in two layerss first layer of 10 mm in CM 1:6 & 2nd layer of 5mm in CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction, finished to even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Integral water proofing liquid will be measured and paid seperately under relevent item of Sch A.

Demolition of lime Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for surface preapararion of RCC roof slab including picking, sweeping cleaning with wire brush and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt to get surface free of laitance, scales, oil or any other loose material and applying one coat of cement slurry admixed with and including acrylic bonding compound SBR Latex liquid polymer as to be used for bonding of new concrete/ mortar to old surface as per manufacturer direction and all as specified and directed

M&L of water proofing treatment to non-accessible roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer’s instructions with following course of description below :- (a) Applying a priming coat of bituminious primer @ 0.30 Kg /Sqm, till the surface is properly impregnated. (b) Providing APP based 5 layer polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6Kg/ Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) centre core, laid on primed surface by forced applications as per the manufacturer's instructions with side over lap of 75 mm and end overlap of 100 mm. All overlap joints shall be sealed thoroughly by thermo fusing both the membrane layer (torching overlap by propane or butane gas torch ) and sealing it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as a monolithic layer (c) Apply two coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm over APP membrance Note:- 1. The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through authorised applicator of the manufacturer only and 10 year company back warranty to be submitted by contractor 2. The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof slab for double storeyed. The contractor shall make arrangement of scaffolding, safety and security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof . The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items.)

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) mixed with liquid water proofing compound( mixed with as per manufacturer instrution) and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) as in roof padding complete all as specified and directed. Note: water proofing compound measured and paid sepretly

Supply only integral liquid Water proofing compound of approved make complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of external wall all as prescribed by manufacture of paint and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm (walmista of Berger paint or equitant in Asian paint, Nerolac etc having three years of performance warranty) over a coat of exterior water based primer of same make all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- 1. The newly plastered surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even all as per manufacture instruction before application of emulsion paint. The cost of all materials, T&P and labour required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (ii). The work must be got executed through authorised applicator of manufacture. The authorised applicator of manufacturer shall be got approved from GE/ AGE (I) before commencement of work (iii). All the material to be incorporated in the work shall be brought by contractor to MES store yard which will be subsequently issued by deportment for incorporation in the work to ensure the quantity to be consumed all as per recommendation of manufacture. (iv). after carrying out preparation of surface the same shall be got approved from GE /AGE (I) before application of distemper for each building. (v). The colour / shade will be all as approved by GE / AGE (I) (vi) The cost of Scaffolding wherever required are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor
