REPAIRS TO ROOF TREATMENT LEAKAGE SEEPAGE OF WALLS CHAJJAS FACIA BALCONY AND REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED DRAIN PIPE AND WATER PIPELINES TO CERTAIN BUILDINGS IN RESIDENTIAL AREA OF NPOL KOCHI

Taking down existing water proofing treatment of any thickness from the roof /parapet including cement mortar bedding , PCC tiles, padding concrete if any, upto the RCC slab, removing debris off the premises and cleaning the roof complete all as specified

Cutting the V grooves on the terrace slab where ever cracks are observed and fill the grooves with Fosrocs heavy duty non shrink grout Convextra GP2 , coving all the 90 degree angles , slab/wall junctions with Conbextra GP2 all as per manufacturer's instruction.

M&L providing a levelling course of cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4, using 12.50 mm stone aggregate, 40 mm thick maintains a slope towards the drain water pipes by adding a water proof admixture @ 250 ml per bag of cement.Note :-Admixture shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering with CM 1:3, 10 mm thick mixed with water proofing admixture of Fosroc/Pidilite or equivalent, all as specified and directed. Note :-Admixture shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing admixture.

M&L for Poly Urethane based water proofing treatment to existing RCC roof slab with the following specifications) Cleaning the existing surface by mechanical means to make it free from any bituminous residue/dirt, oil and grease all as directed by Engineer In Charge. ii)M&L for cracks treatment by cutting open cracks and cleaning it from dirt’s , loose materials etc and filling with Polyurethane based sealant with and including application of PU based primer all as directed by Engineer In Charge. iii)M&L applying water based polyurethane modified dispersion(single component, cold applied , non toxic , VOC compound) in three coats including one coat of primer of same material after dilution of water at 50% or specific primer matching same material as per manufacturer specification and as directed by Engineer In Charge. Note:- Properties of Poly urethane based chemical shall conform to following technical parameters a)Highly elastic b) UV resistance c)Adhesion to concrete > 1N/ Sqmm d)Tensile strength-not less than 2.0 N/Sqmm for free film Elongation not less than 300% e) Solid content by weight not less than 60% f)Air/Water permeability BSEN 12390 at 5 bar -72 hours should be NIL and minimum dry film thickness of water proofing membrane must be 1.00mm g)Accelerated weathering(ASTM 453) Pass 1000 hours h) Reaction to fire - Non inflammable j) To be applied by the rep of manufacture’s authorised applicator only. Contractor has to be provide manufactures test certificate for the above mentioned Technical parameters and purchase vouchers. k)Removal of existing treatment to be paid separately l)Roof slop to be ensured to avoid water ponding/logging m) 300mm height of vertical surface/parapet wall to be treated with the same specification .Make:- Bostic,Berger,Fosroc, Sika, Asian or any other make approved by E-In -C"S branch

APP modified polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.5 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (not less than 160 gsm/sqm) laid over primed surface including bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 applied @ 0.3 Ltr/Sqm by forced application all as specified and directed including(i) Applying one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.3 Ltr per Sqm. (ii) Laying of APP modified membrane as specified thickness and weight as per manufacturer’s instructions (iii) Applying one coat bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm conforming to IS - 702(iv) Applying two coat of aluminum paint @ 100 ml/sqm for each coat

M&L for applying Two or more coats of including preparation of old decorated or unplastered surfaces of walls 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces Complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water tanks Exc 500 and n exc 1000 ltrs and removing to store all as specified and directed.

S & F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 500 ltrs (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified and directed.
