Attending day to day complaints, call on repair, attending breakdown, rectification of all fault and periodical servicing / maintenance of SCADA based MIMIC panel, all PLC automation panel boards, Ultransonic Level Sensor & Transmitters, PH & Turbidity Sensors and pressure transmitters for 150HP pressure switches upto 15HP, LT motor control panels, web smart switches, single mode media converters and other SCADA related items making the unit completely functional without any error detects installed at various pump house installed at various pump houses, Jetty gallery and other locations inside ND(V) complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Contractor shall deploy minimum two highly skilled technicians trained by the OEM or authoriesed representative of the OEM only. (b) Deployment of Technicians for routine works shall be normal working hours of ND(V) incl sundays & holidays but breakdown and call on repair to be carried out as and when occur irespective of timing. (c) Contractor shall submit necessary certificate/document from OEM for the technician / rep of OEM before comencement of work. (d) Contractor shall submit Servicing/maintenance report as per OEM certified performa and periodicy. (e) Any changes to the PC Hardware and SCADA software, report format, operational screens, creation of soft keys, operational datas are not permisible without written consent of OEM. (f) Contractor shall submit memorandum of understanding (MOU) with OEM of SCADA system before commencement of work. (g) all required spare parts are measured as supply only here-in-after. (h) Recovery shall be made @ twice the quoted rate per day for non attendence of complaint/ breakdown/ servicing/maintenance/ replacement of parts

Material & labour for PCC (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in pillar to support the pipe lines including necessary form work and finishing the exposed surfaces of concrete fair and even all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces incl dismantling taking out unsv plaster complete all as specified and directed

M&L for brick protection using subclass B bricks, old size, laid dry flat over cable perpendicular across the cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed

Earthing complete with copper plate 60×60cm ×3.15mm thick electrode and 20×3mm copper strip as earthing lead, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to 20×3mm copper strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 20x3mm copper strip complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for attending break down of 40 mm bore GI pipepipe line of variouslengths through gas cutting / manual cutting as per site requirement and including inserting necessary specialsas per site requirement, testing and necessary dewatering by using necessary pumps, mechanical excavator complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-change for the following sizes:- Note 1:- The quoted rate is deemed to be include the following:- (i) arrangement of suitable pump sets for dewatering at the time of breakdown. (ii) Necessary labour/trade men for attending break down . (iii) labour element required for fixing specials fittings

M&L for point wirng concealed type in non-metallic FRLS ISI PVC conduit medium grade with 1.5 sq mm size multi stranded fire retardant PVC sheathed FRLS copper conductor cable and PVC insulated FRLS cable of size 1.5 sq mm as earth continuity conductor including clamps, screws gutter / plug etc with and including with bakelite 3 mm thick sheet : One light point or one fan point controlled by one switch. Note:Cutting chases for DB &making good to wall shall be inclusive of quoted rate

Supply and fixing round shape 6 watt 220 volts AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with drivers, holders, LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling includingonnecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete. Note :- The above quoted rate is inclusive of necessary monitoring arrangements & satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
