M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in coping/ footing for steel pole including necessary formwork complete all as specified.(Note : Quoted rate is deemed to be inclisive of form work)

M&L for reinforced cement concerete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in foundation, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, base of columns etc and the like complete. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L fancy type bracket made from MS tubing of suitable lenght as ordered , bend to shape as required suitable for post top light fitting including painting the entire exposed steel surface with two coats of first quality golden enamelled paint over a coat of primer complete all as directed.(Note : Quoted rate is deemed to be inclucive of painting ).

S&F stainless steel (Grade-304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc, including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dah fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc, of required size for gate with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-Charge. M&L 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) as in sub base, floors, pavings etc. finished fair and even complete all as specified.

M&L 20 mm thick granite slab (of any type) work (table rubbed, polished) on vertical surface, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone laid over and including 10 mm thick back coat in cement mortar 1:4 complete all directed and specified. (Note: Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of back coat)

M&L M-35 grade, 60 mm thick machine pressed, PVC moulded precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS: 15658-2006, laid over and including 50 mm thick compacted sand cushion complete complete all as specified.(Note: Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of 50 mm thick compacted sand cushoning).

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

S&F 15mm bore UPVC Pipes (Sch 80) Solvet Weld Pipe (Lead Free) including necessary fittings such as bend, tee, elbow etc complete laid in trenches or fixed on wall including testing on completion to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete all as directed.

Construction of new valve chamber of size 450x450x450mm internal dimension including necessary earth work excavation with earth work on any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 as in foundation, brick work in CM 1:4, 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 internally and externally, flush pointed in same mortar as work proceeds, 75 mm thick PCC coping all round 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm aggregate), flooring shall be 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 laid over 75 mm thick hard core. Cutting of existing road for removing/ laying pipe line, depth of cutting not exceeding 60 cm and width 45 cm and filling the trench of road i.e. excluding top 15cms with existing aggregate obtained from cutting, watered and properly rammed to satisfaction of EIC and finally provide 150 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate to entire width of trench & finally match the top surface to road & disposal of debris to a distance not exceeding 50 Mts and depositing where directed complete all as directed. (Note: Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of 150 m thick PCC 1:3:6, cutting any type of road and removal of debris).

Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally clean the surface with air compressor to remove loose dirts etc & applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen @ 5 Kg per 10 Sq.m using paving bitumen VG-30 complete all as specified.

M&L for premix bituminous, macadam using paving bitumen grade VG-30 any penetration content @ 4% by weight of total mix laid using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8-12 tonne power vibrator roller and rolled to a uniform smooth surface (any consolidated thickness) complete all as specified and directed. Note: For design purpose minimum binder content shall be as described i.e. 4% for VG-30 grade bitumen and it shall not be less than the binder content as described under any circumstances. During design stage if binder content exceeds 4% in that case no extra payment shall be entertained to contractor for excess use of binder.

Scarifying or picking graveled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm and not exc 50 mm deep for repairing road cuts & broken edges of road complete all as specified & directed

ML for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) granite trap or basalt spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required for reparing roads cuts and broken edges of roads complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of unsurfaced WBM surfaces by brooming with wire brushes for removing any caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or by air compressor to remove all loose dust/ dirt and applying evenly a tack coat with paving bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 10kg per 10Sqm by mechanical sprayer complete all as specified & directed

M&L bituminous premixed semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 penetration by weight of total mix laid using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted by using power vibrator roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity to required camber and gradient complete all as specified. Note : For design purpose minimum binder content shall be as described i.e. 5.5% for VG-30 grade bitumen and it shall not be less than the binder content as described under any circumstances. During design stage if binder content exceeds 5.5% in that case no extra payment shall be entertained to contractor for excess use of binder.

M&L for repair to pot holes of any depth, not exc. 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads , paths etc. cutting around edges to at least 30mm in depth(depth of potholes exc 30mm), making good by applying tack coat using paving bitumen VG-30 @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm putting in premix bituminous macadam carpet well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8Kg per 10 Sqm , binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings , 6.3 mm size & , again well rammed complete all as directed.

M&L for 2mm thick, 100mm wide road marking like centre line, dashes, arrow, Number, speed breakers and similar work on road surface White/ Yellow colour as per IRC pattern with thermo plastic paint of approved quality and mixed with 8% glass beads laid at 160 degree celceus with special application machine complete all as specified as per manufacturer's instruction and traffic division aggreement and all as directed. Paint material like Shivalik, Ashian etc as per IS:164 Grade-I
