Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying Non Pressure NP-4 class (Heavy duty) R.C.C. pipes including collars/spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete 600 mm dia RCC pipes.

Providing and fixing suitable size threaded mild steel cap or spot welded plate to the top of bore well housing/ casing pipe, removable as per requirement, all complete for borewell of: 200 mm dia

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well unplasticized PVC medium well screen (RMS) pipes with ribs, conforming to IS: 12818, including hire & labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.200 mm nominal size dia

Supplying & Filing good earth brought from approved quarry outside the Airport premises including all leads/royalty etc. complete (Excluding Rock) in embankments, depressions etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by watering & ramming with 0.5 tonne roller and every 3rd & topmost layer with 8-10 tonne vibratory roller etc. complete as per Particular Specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Drilling suitable holes in reinforced cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 100mm upto 200mm in RCC slabs to introduce and fix 75 mm dia unplasticised Rigid PVC pipe ( working pressure 4 kg / cm2) into the holes all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing joint cutting machine for cutting RCC slabs upto a depth of 200mm with operator, fuel, etc complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Providing Hydra with driver and fuel complete for lifting of RCC slabs of size 4X2X0.2 m and of upto 200mm thickness by means of strings etc. as per direction of engineer-in-charge.
