Brick Masonry in C.M. (1:6) prop. Using 2nd class well burnt bricks from approved quarry free from warping, distortion cracks, chips, flows stones and nodules free from lime in accordance with IS-3495-1966 and screened sand including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, scaffolding charges of all materials, lifting charges, curing and labour charges for all items of works equipment and all other incidental and operational charges etc., complete as per standard specification referred and as per the direction of the departmental officers.

Supply & fixing of Rolling shutter made of 80 x 1.25 mm machine rolled CRCA laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the ends by end-locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft of 50mm dia nominal bore MS B class pipe with brackets, plates, guide channels, stoppers, bottom locking plates and arrangements for inside & outside locking with push-pull operations including cost of hood cover and springs complete, painted with one coat of approved steel primer, locks, ball bearings, all accessories etc., overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work as per special spn: 1108

VRCC M- 20 grade mix (Cement:fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work for Columns

Plastering with C.M (1:5) 20 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site from approved sources, including providing and removing necessary scaffolding of all materials, labour charges, curing with all water leads and finishing smooth to perfect plumb including all other incidental and operational charges etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed during execution by departmental officers.

Plastering with C.M (1:5) 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site from approved sources, including providing and removing necessary scaffolding of all materials, labour charges, curing with all water leads and finishing smooth to perfect plumb including all other incidental and operational charges etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed during execution by departmental officers.

Painting to New walls with 2 coats of plastic emulsion paint of Over 1Coat of primer approved brand and shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work.

Fabrication, supply and fixing of 80X40X2.60mm thickness pipe for Roof Purlins duly welding with cleat of 100X75x5mm on both sides of pipe including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work.

Fabrication, supply and fixing of 60X40X2.90mm thick pipes for Tie runners duly welding with cleat of size 100X75x5mm on both sides of pipe including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete.

Roofing will be provided with 0.5mm thick galvanized / pre painted G.I. profiled sheets fixed to the purlins with 14 size self drilling screws with neoprene washer. Side laps are stitched with self tapping / drilling screws. End laps are to be sealed with 25x3 mm Butyl tape. The sheets are provided with anti capillary grove.

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed steel bars (Fe 500 grade ) of different diameters, including labour charges for cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying with binding wire of 20SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, welded joints, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying on all materials etc., complete

Supply and fixing in position M.S Ornamental Grill Gates using M.S flats, square rods, angles etc., of approved design weighing, including necessary cuttings, bending, fabrication, welding grinding, and finishing smooth including cost of making holes in RCC or Masonry works and making good the same where ever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges and all other incidental and operational charges etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.
