Providing and Laying of a geotextile filter 180 gsm between pitching and embankment slopes on which pitching is laid to prevent escape of the embankment material through the voids of the stone pitching/cement concrete blocks as well as to allow free movement of water without creating any uplift head on the pitching.

Providing and laying boulders apron on river bed for protection against scour with stone boulders weighing not less than 40 kg each complete as per drawing and Technical specification

Construction of Chute Drain

for Aproach Road Providing, Laying and spreading material on a prepared sub grade, adding cement @ 4% by weight of the spread material manually mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achive the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub base.

Providing and applying tack coat with V.G.-10 bitumen using bitumen pressure dristributor @ 0.35 to 0.45 kg. per sqm. on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing laying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line ,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant ,laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat .
