Dismantling existing unserviceable energy meter by disconnecting electrical connections from board and depositing the same in AGE office store yard, and S&F four wire tamper proof electronic energy meter in polycarbonated body with LCD display in class 1.0 as per IS 13779/IEC 61036, IP-54, 50Hz, 240 Volts, AC, 10-60 Amps, three phase, 415 V on and including suitable size teakwood board complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only tape roll insulation (1.8cmx6.5mx0.125mm) suitable for 1.1KV grade best quality, good adhesive as per sample held with AGE office complete all as specifed & directed.

M&l for painting with one coat of spray paint with white enamelled paint on external surface of ceiling fan of any size complete after duly preparation of the surface by rubbing with wire mesh, washing with soap water including filling cavities with filler, one complete including writing of MES number all as specified and directed.

Taking down exhaust fan of any size from existing position, dismantling, overhauling and cleaning throughly, oiling/greasing and re-assembling after replacing split pins, check nuts, rubber seal bushes etc and rehanging duly connected with new PVC three core flexible copper conductor cable of size 23/.0076, complete testing all as specified & directed. Note: Spare parts will be measured and paid separately under respective items as supply only as mentioned below.

Taking down carefully storage water heater of capacity 25/35/50 Ltr, dismantling inner tank and out tank, pipe assembly, cleaning thoroughly with descaling liquid compound complete to ensure free and constant flow of water through outlet, welding of inner tank if required at site, rethreading of inlet/outlet pipe 15mm dia, reassembling the same at eisting/new location including necessary fasteners to ensure proper safety as reqd at site, testing and commissioning after re-installation at site complete all as specified and directed. Taking down flat-plate solar collecter storage solar water heater of capacity upto 250ltr, dismantling inner tank and outer tank, pipe assembly, cleaning thoroughly with descaling liquid compound complete to ensure free and constant flow of water through outlet, welding of inner tank if required at site, laser/ultrasonic welding for bonding fin and rise tube, repair of copper bracing for bonding of header and raise making leak proof, repair & replacement of back and side insulation material, rethreading of inlet/outlet pipe 20mm dia, reassembling the same after replacing u/s items i.e. heating element, thermostate, toughned glass, connection pipe with clamp etc at existing location including necessary fasteners to ensure proper safety as reqd at site, repair/welding of MS structure for collector stand, testing and commissioning after re-installation at site complete all as specified and directed.
