Excavation for road way in hilly areas in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil by manual/mechanical means, including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, soft rock, hard rock chiseling or wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil complete including setting out true to the required lines grades, cutting and trimming of side slopes, camber, super elevation and levels shown as per the drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge complete in conformity with the requirements of MORD Technical Specification clause 1603.1, 1603.2 and sorting out and stacking of useful materials with in all leads and lifts of material in acquired road width and transporting of un-useful materials for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus materials to required width of road or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or by mechanical means including leveling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required. Recovery of stones to the tune of 56.80 cubic meter quantity at the rate of Rs. 300/- only (Rupees three hundred only) per cubic meter shall be effected from the contractor running bills on pro-rata basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public/private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him to the extent of damage occurred in all cases.

Earth work in excavation in foundation for all types of structures such as retaining walls, breast walls, culvers, drains, parapets and other similar structures in all kinds and classification of soil, including saturated soil comprising of ordinary mix soil, ordinary rock, hard rock, chiseling/wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) complete in accordance with the lines and dimensions shown on the drawings, including setting out, construction of shoring, bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of excavated material upto any leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and obstructions necessary for placing the foundations, trimming, leveling ramming and watering bottom of excavation and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 15cm (fifteen centimeter) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub-soil water) up to any depth and any quantum of water and cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering complete as per drawing and MORD Technical Specification clause 305.1 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying of boulder apron Gabion wall laid in wire crates with 4mm (four millimeter) dia GI wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100mmx100mm (One hundred millimeter into one hundred millimeter) mesh (woven diagonally) including 10 (Ten) per cent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 40 kg (Forty kilogramme) each as per drawing and MORD technical specifications Clause 1301 and as per direction and the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials up to all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size) for plain cement concrete, in or under water in open foundation for all types of structures, including pumping or bailing out water/ dewatering (surface/sub-soil water) and including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water for all heights/depth and any quantum of water including cost of form work and curing complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material with in all leads lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete Grade-M25 (M-Twenty Five) designed mix with minimum cement contents of 400 kgs. (four hundred kilograms) per cubic meter with 20mm (Twenty millimeter) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in Deck slab and the like up to all heights, including cost of form work and curing complete but excluding the cost of reinforcement for Reinforced work as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 800, 1205.4 & 1205.5 complete and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 100mm (one Hundred millimeter) dia ISI marked P.V.C. pipe Weep Holes in brick masonry/stone masonry plain/ reinforcement concrete abutments, wing wall/ return wall, retaining walls and breast walls, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1(V): 20H (One vertical isto twenty Horizontal) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 614,709,1204.3.7 and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete, including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Preparation of sub grade by dressing to cambor (Earth work for the cutting involved for sub-grade to be paid for separately depending upon the classification of soil completed as per HPPWD specifications and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, GST tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government

Consolidation of sub grade with road roller including making good the undulation etc. with earth or quarry soil etc. and rerolling the sub-grade complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification 1600 & 1300 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material with in all leads lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, GST tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government

Construction of Gravel/Granular sub base/base 125mm (one hundred twenty five millimeter) compacted thickness by providing well graded material of nominal maximum size 80mm (eighty millimeter) Type ‘A’ conforming to table 2.3 of IRC- SP-77 -2008 and spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with tractor mount appropriate rotavator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 (Eighty–Hundred) kN static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD Technical specification clause 401 and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.
