Supply, install, test and commissioning of acoustic proof AMF type diesel engine driven generating set fully wired, 415V, +5%, AC 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz having capacity 58.5 KVA continuous rating power factor 0.8 (lagging), connecting as per IE rules and mounted on a common base plate with anti vibration pad recommended by the manufacturer all as specified and directed .The DG set shall comprise of following :- . The alternator conforms to IS : 4722, BS EN 60034-1 & will be suitable for tropical condition.
(C) Electric system : The electric system of the starter motor and charging alternator shall have the following components:- (i) Charging alternator 12V or 24V, DC (ii) Voltage regulator built in type IC regulated (iii) Starter motor 12 volts DC/24V DC (iv) Battery 12 volts DC and suitable capacity and quantity as per OEM standards with one set of connecting leads of suitable size copper cable. (D) Fuel tank (Service tank) : The fuel tank shall be mild steel suitable to hold fuel for minimum 8 hours or running at Full load and shall be including fuel level indicator duly marked to read 25%, 50%, 75%,100% per division fuel line from tank to engine arrangement for fuel filling fuel and digital display and drain out facility etc. complete all as specified.
NOTE:- a) Design and drawings of the DG set shall be prepared as recommended by the OEM. The same shall be got approved from GE before commencement the work and the rate quoted is deemed to include for the same. (b) Commissioning of the DG will be done by OEM service and at the time of commissioning minimum 25 % fuel to be present in tank for testing purpose and cost of same to be included in the quoted unit rate. (c) Design and drawings of the foundation shall be prepared as recommended by the OEM and be got approved from GE before commencement the work and the rate quoted is deemed to include for the same. (d) Design and drawings to be submitted along with a copy to the Accepting Officer after obtaining the approval of GE. (e) PCC platform of height not less than 0.6 mtr and area as recommended by OEM shall be provided and rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of all.

The panel shall have necessary control circuits interlinked with main fire detection panel for automatic starting and stop facility for the main fire pumps, sprinkler system. The jockey pump shall be provided with auto start and stop pneumatic/ electronic control so as to maintain 6 Kg/sq.cm pressure all the time in fire fighting pipe line and electronic controls so as to maintained 6 Kg/ sq.cm pressure all the time in fire fighting pipe line and electronic inter linking with main fire pumps for working under pre set conditions as desired.
