Excavation in foundation and trenches up to all depths and in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing or pumping out of water, blasting soft or hard rock or chiselling or wedging out of soft/hard rock , where blasting is prohibited, in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring, strutting , planking, timbering and dewatering where ever required. Stacking usable and unusable material/soil seperataly and after laying, jointing and testing of pipes, returning the usable soil in 15cm layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/ unusable material as directed within all leads/ lifts including restoration of unmetalled surfaces to its original condition and including cost of diversion for traffic, night signal boards, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8( 1cement:4 sand:8 ( graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of merial within all lead / lift as per the deriction and statisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge. .

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10( 1cement:5 sand:10 ( graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) with 15 % plum concrete and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of merial within all lead / lift as per the deriction and statisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge. .

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excuding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:11/2:3 (1cement:1 1/2 sand : 3graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and re-inforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-Foundations, footings, basis of columns & the like and mass concrete, complete in all respect in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.10m thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, etc. from top of foundation level upto all levels complete in all respect in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement:2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and re-inforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-Suspended floors , roofs , landings and shelves and their supports balconies , beams , girders, breasumers and cantilivers up to floor two level in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fairfinish I/c centring , shuttering , strutting and proping etc.with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4m and removal of the same for insitu- reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in :-(i) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor, roofs landings and the like floors etc upto 200mm thickness within all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

(ii) Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness), partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttress,plinthand string courses and the like in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

(iii) In Foundation footings bases of columns etc.and the like and mass concrete.

Providing and fixing of 3.15mm MS sheet Manhole cover fixed on all sides with ISA 40x25x5mm top angle iron frame hinged on ISA 35X35X5mm bottom angle iron frame as per drawing, pieces of MS flat 20x4mm 0.15m long be fixed on all sides as hold fast. The operation of manufacturing shall including cutting of MS sheet , Angle section & welding of MS sheets, Angle section , Hinges , handles 150mm long , 20x4mm fasts, locking arrangement and applying a priming coat of steel primer after pretreatment of surface as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.(i) 600*600 mm

Providing and fixing double flanged Cast iron sluice valve class 1 conforming to IS: 780-1984 of Leader//Bhel/Kirlosikar/ Fources/Gled/Pelican /Kartar make of following dias for the pipe line capable to withstanding the normal sheat test pressure including cutting, welding rubber/asbestos sheet of maximum thickness 3mm as per IS: 2712-1979 and providing, welding and fixing MS flange as per Table-5 with requried number of nuts and bolts including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.(i) 50 mm dia

Laying, jointing and testing of GMS tube in trenches (light grade) of following dia meter including providing and fixing tube fitting such as bends, tees, air valves, unions and collars etc. including carraige of GI pipes as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) in all leads and lifts.(i) 50 mm dia (LC)

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level including carriage of merial within all lead / lift as per the deriction and statisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge.

RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortar1:3(1Cement:3 Sand). including carriage of merial within all lead / lift as per the deriction and statisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and placing in horizontal layers filtering media duly graded, screened,cleaned and washed as specified :-(i) Top layer, Fine sand( Eff. Size 0.20mm to 0.40 and uniformity co-efficient 2.00 to 3.00).

(ii) Second layer, Coarse sand, 3mm - 6mm

(iii) Third layer : Bajri 6mm to 20 mm.

(iv) Fourth layer : Bajri 20mm to 25 mm

(v) Bottom layer : Broken stone 50mm to 75 mm.

Providing and placing Ist class standard bricks in filter bed in two layers so as to make cross drains as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
