Point wiring with copper conductor cable multistrand, PVC sheathed 1.5 Sqmm size(two run with colour code RYB) for one light point ,fan point, exhaust fan point,or bell point controlled by one switch including one run of 1.5 Sqmm (as continous earth wire Green)multistrand PVC concealed conduit of approved size and quality ISI marked,including all other required accessories as specified in preamable 1(a) to (q) of section 19 of SSR Part-II under heading 'point wiring' fixedon wall/ceiling including sunk cast iron terminal boxes grouting/flushing on wall for mounting fittings like switch,sockets etc covered with 3.00 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover of brick masonary/Stone masonary wall complete including cutting,chasing,pinning and making good the disturbed surface by using cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.,(Note:-the rate for concealed type point wiring shall deemed to include the cost of cutting,chasing in wall by using electric cutter and making good the disturbed surface of wall by providing cement plasterand matching the surface by white wash/colour wash all as per existing finishes complete).

All as per serial item No. '1' above but for 3 pin 15 Amps socket out let independent with 2.5 Sqmm PVC copper conductor cable and and PVC insulated, unsheathed 2.5 Sqmm stranded copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire, all as specified.

Switch piano flush type, single pole, one way, 5 Amps, all as specified.

Socket outlet two in one, 3 Pin 5 amps and 15 amps, flush type, all as specified.

Supply and installing of Electric Water storage heater of ABS body type 25 Litre Capacity with rated power 2 KW, 5 star rated, vertical type, thermally insulated Mild steel tank with, glass line coating inside he tank alongwith glass line incoloy heating element with anti corrosive magnesium anode, NRV, theremostate, indicators and temperature adjustable knob including steel braided flxible connection for pipe of size 15mm dia bore GI hexagonal adopeters./ Nuts on both sides of inlet (Cold water supply) & outlet (hot water supply) and including provision of wall mouting arrangement and mounting on wall with suitable size of anchor bolts with complete connection of water including testing after installation complete all as specified and as dierected by Engr-in-Charge.

Ceiling rose, 65 mm to 50 mm, two to three terminals, PVC/ Polycarbonate, insulated body fixed on PVC block, all as specified.

Tubes, 'Medium grade' galvanised,15mm bore,with all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions, etc.) and fixing complete with clips, wall hooks, wooden plugs,and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified.

15mm bore, Bib tap standard of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 90ms) all as specified and directed.

15mm bore, Stop valves, cast copper alloy,screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed, complete all as specified.

Cutting, Screwing existing steel tubing for alterations or additions for 15mm bore of pipe including clamps, screws etc. complete all as specified. Note : The disturbed surfaces will be made as per existing without any exta cost.

Supply and fixing heavy duty exhaust fan, 300mm sweep, steel body AC single Phase. 230V complete with with, blades, and frame and louvers including provision of cable copper flexible PVC three core 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose to fan, complete all as specified . Note : Quoted rate shall include for making hole in wall for grouting, fixing the fan on outer side of wall with suitable size anchor bolt and making good disturbed surfaces without ant extra cost.
