OD110376/2024-2025:Supply , Erection & Commissioning chlorine solution feeding unit for disinfection of water consisting of Chlorine dosing pump- mechanical operated positive displacement / reciprocating pump electric motor driven with DOL starter ( with spec flow- 5LPH to 80 LPH, pressure 10-20 kg/cm2) supply of chlorine solution preparing 1 no's plastic tanks with ISI mark min capacity 300 litre, with metallic stand for tanks, valves (inlet and outlets)-, polyethylene water storage tank (ISI marked) with cover and suitable locking arrangement of capacity 300 Ltr minimum, and providing 20 mm CPVC pipe connection for inlet water supply to tank from pumping main and outlet supply including two number ball valves in inlet line and one valve in outlet line and providing 50 mm CPVC pipe drain outlet in tank for scouring arrangement including providing 50 mm PVC ball valve in drain pipe and making the unit functional for collecting water from pumping main and feeding of bleaching powder solution etc complete including cost of all materials, hire charges of tools and conveyance etc complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.-All pipes and fittings shall be min 10kg/cm2

18.48:Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank :ISI 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.

18.7.3:Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge. Internal work - Exposed on wall25 mm nominal outer dia pipes

50.6.1.1:Solid block masonry using pre cast solid blocks ( factory made) of size 40x20x20cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 part 1 of 1979 for foundation and plinth with thickness 20 cm and above in: CM 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) etc complete

13.1.1:12 mm cement plaster of mix:1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)
