M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc complete all as directed.

M&L for applying 2mm (average) thickness white cement based putty including sand papering the puttied surfaces to form an even and smooth surface all as specified.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer on wall using airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr, the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface all as specified.(Note :- The work shall be executed by authorised applicator of manufacturer of paints as approved by GE).

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and cornices by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on wall using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface all as specified and directed. (Note-: The work shall be executed by authorized applicator of manufacturer of Paints as approved by Garrison Engineer).

M&L for preparation of surfaces of wall by scrapping down old loose treatment, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salt etc and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.
