Seal the holes properly after the grouting nipples have been removed all as specified and directed by engg -in charge.

Material and labour for taking down old plaster and rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finishing smooth and even and smooth without using extra cement making good match the old surface finish.
