Railway reserves the right to place the entire/bulk quantity on OEM or there authorized dealer,firms having performance for the same/similar item made to Indian Railways in last three years. Firms should enclose copies of Inspection certificate plus Receipt Note for thetendered item to substantiate their claims

Firm to submit valid OEM authorization letter.The firms which are not OEM, shall attach the tender specific authorization of OEM issued for this tender. Else railway have rights to their offer to be passed over.

Firm's to quote any deviations regarding commercial or technical to be quoted at the deviation column only. Any deviations quoted / attached any where else will not be considered.

The bidders should not merely quote Entry Tax or Toll Tax etc. extra, as the rates quoted without specific rates will not be considered, and if the same becomes applicable, the same have to be borne by the suppliers.
