Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within any lead : Of area 3 sq. metres (three Square metres) and below including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto any lead including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, all kind of soil including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
Cutting in earth work by mechanical means in all heights and depths in blasting work in hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting work is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting of te required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer-in-charge at site and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site (to be arranged by the contractor) as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools, equipments and safety measures and incedentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required). All useful material such as stones, shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent. Recovery of useful stone i.e, 307.84 cum @ Rs. 300/- (Rupees three hundred ) per cum shall be done on prorata basis for the quality of cutting in earth work effected, i.e, Rs. 92352/- (Rupees ninty two thousand three hundred fifty two only). Any loss to the public and private property, human being, machinery during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Providing and fixing of expansion joint system of approved make and manufactures for various roof locations as per approved drawings and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The joints shall be of extruded aluminum base members with, self aligning and self centering arragement support plates asper ASTM B221- 02. The system shall be such that it provides watertight roof to roof/roof to corner joint cover expansion control system that is capable of accommodating multidirectional seismic movement without stress to its components. System shall consist of metal profile that incorporates a universal aluminum base member designed to accommodate various project conditions and roof treatments. The cover plate shall be designed of width and thickness required to satisfy movement and loading requirements and secured to base members by utilizing manufacturer’s pre-engineered self-centering arrangement that freely rotates / moves in all directions. The Self centering arrangement shall exhibit circular sphere ends that lock and slide inside the corresponding aluminum extrusion cavity to allow freedom of movement and flexure in all directions including vertical displacement. The Joint System shall resists damage or deterioration from the impact of falling ice, exposure to UV, airborne contaminants and occasional foot traffic from maintenance personnel. Provision of Moisture Barrier Membrane in the Joint System to have water tight joint is mandatory requirement. (Material shall confirm to ASTM 6063.)
