Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for TMT bars (CRS/HCRM/CRM) 10mm dia and over for plinth beams and columns including cut to length, bend to required shape, cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for TMT bars (CRS/HCRM/CRM) 6 to 8mm dia for plinth beams and columns including cut to length, bend to required shape, cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for TMT bars (CRS/HCRM/CRM) 5mm dia and over up to and including 10mm dia as in stirups for helicals, grade beams and columns including cut to length, bend to required shape, cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Use and waste of formwork to foundation, plinth beams etc for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Use and waste of formwork to square/rectangle flat finished to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, coloumns with fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Use and waste of formwork to edges of concrete flat, RCC/PCC bands and similar work exc 5cm but n exc 10cm wide for fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for RCC M30 design mix(RMC)[as per IS-456] using 20mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-(i) Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant items

Material and labour for RCC M30 design mix(RMC)[as per IS-456] using 20mm graded stone aggregate in Columns and copings complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-(i) Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant items

Material and labour for pre-cast cement concrete, type C1, 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded aggregate for block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers in soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Removing excavated material exceeding 1.5Km and not exceeding 5Km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape , drilling holes, notching for wire etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick in Cement mortar 1:4 over exposed concrete surfaces finished fair and smooth complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of appropriate primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in mud complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only galvanised chain link fencing, aperture 50mmx50mmx3.2mm size complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standard, rails straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

MS screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or secured both ends each screwed ends to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolts exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long and dia of the neck 10mm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Use and waste of timbering as planking and strutting for excavations over areas exc 1.5m not exc 3.0m deep (as for basements, etc.) and including use and waste of raking shores and fixing and removal complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description n.exc 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of appropriate primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes(or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cum getting out in soft/loose soil including returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25cm watering and removing soil to a distance not exc 50 M and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix hot dip galvanised Octagonal poles of height 7M for fixing Solar PV panels and LED light fittings complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Earth work, PCC and solar lights shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and fix Solar LED light fitting complete 30W including MPPT SCC, Mono crystalline SPV panel of min 70Wp battery of 12.8V, 36Ah for 2 days backup with and including all fixing acessories such as brackets, clamps, nuts and bolts, control wiring complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
