M & L brick work with sub class "B"brick (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in CM 1:6 completed all as specified.

Taking down cement or lime plaster of any description from stone or brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and disposing off the rubbish complete all as specified or directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick/ concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound in top @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers instruction finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (WPC measured and paid seperately).

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint with anti algal properties (Apex ultima or equivalent) with white exterior wall care putty on over one coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/ concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of old plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over with wall care putty with priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick rendering on ceiling surfaces in any position in CM (1:3) and finishing the surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces on ceilings and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint with wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M & L cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) slab flooring, plinth protection providing 150 mm thickness all as specified.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness as in floors, apron etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine cut kota stone as in flooring, stair case landing. treads of steps etc, 18-25mm thick over cement screed bed laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding in cement mortar 1:6. all as specified and directed

M&L for 18-25mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, win?dow-cills, cooking plat?forms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including point?ing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M & L for Glazed ceramic tiles coloured (300x450mm) x 7mm thick, on wall dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl 10mm thick backing coat of tiles in CM (1:4) complete all as specified.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated or semi-corrugated etc.) sheets in roof covering complete all as specified.

S & F 0.50 mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating galvanised iron based corrugated steel sheet with side lap and end lap of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall , including Ridge fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified.

S & F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40sq. cm and over in section, in any position as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified.

M & L Rolled steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connectiong plates complete including cutting, grinding, welding etc Fe-290 (Gde E-165) as required complete all as specified.

S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed,purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to FE 410-W (Gde-E-250, Quality-A) complete all as specified.

M & L for preparing old steel & iron surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified.

S & F 4mm thick coloured textured designer ceiling board (Everest) of size 595X595 mm fixing with screws/clips including Tee grid suspension system of size 600 mm x600 mm type-1 made out of roll framed hot dipped galvanised steel zinc coated of not less than 120 gm/sqm ,main runner shall be 0.3 mm thick of section 24 mmX33 mm cross runner 0.3 mm thickof section 24 mmx25 mm,wall angle shall be 0.63 mm thick of section 24 mmx24 mm grid shall be suspended by 4 mm dia adjustable quick fit hanger rod ,system exposed portion shall be pre painted polyster coated in off white/white in colour complete with material,fixing, jointing etc complete all as specified.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out in hard /dense soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified.

M & L for laying Cement concrete type B2 (1:3:6) in foundations,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep & averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in Hard / dense soil as specified.

M & L for cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded agg.) 75 mm thick as sub base in foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with 50 mm sand filling under roof or below paver blocks incl. watering and consolidation complete all as specified.

Taking down carefully surface aluminium or copper point wiring with PVC casing-caping (light, fan, socket, bell or power) including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc and making good disturbed surfaces complete.

Point wiring with 1100 volts grade PVC insulated FRLSH multistranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm (Phase - Red, Neutral - Black) and earth continuity conductor 1.5 sqmm (Green) drawn into and including concealed rigid non metallic PVC conduit medium grade not less than 20 mm dia ISI marked with all conduit fittings / fixing accessories and sunken galvanized pressed steel terminal boxes of thickness not less than 1.2 mm covered with 3 mm thick phenolic laminated white sheet cover for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators complete for the following :-

(a) One light point controlled by one switch.

(e) One socket outlet 6 amp controlled by one switch on the same board with other switches.

Point wiring with 1100 volts grade PVC insulated FRLSH multistranded copper conductor cable 2.5 sqmm (Phase - Red, Neutral - Black) and earth continuity conductor 2.5 sqmm (Green) drawn into and including concealed rigid non metallic PVC conduit medium grade not less than 20 mm dia ISI marked with all conduit fittings / fixing accessories and sunken galvanized pressed steel terminal box of thickness not less than 1.2 mm covered with 3 mm thick phenolic laminated white sheet cover for one 16 amp socket outlet controlled by one switch on independent board complete.

M&L for submain wiring alongwith earth continuity conductor with PVC insulated FRLSH multistranded copper conductor cable (Phase - Red, Neutral - Black, Earth - Green) drawing into and including concealed rigid non metallic PVC conduit, medium grade, ISI marked ivory colour along with accessories of following nominal sizes:-

(b) 2x6 sqmm + 1x6 sqmm earth continuity conductor in 20 mm dia conduit..

M&L for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of steel bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of MES Schedule Part-I connected to earthing point and testing on completion with and including 15 mm bore light grade G.I. protection pipe (upto 7.5 metre beyond outer edge of earth pit) PCC pit in mix 1:3:6 type C1 with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 40 mm thick cover reinforced with 6 mm dia M.S bars 3 nos both ways with lifting hook made out of 6 mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and 20 mm bore light grade G.I. watering pipe, common salt and charcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work complete.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sqmm 2 core.

Excavating in trenches in Hard / dense / soft soil, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation of poles, trenches for laying of cable, etc. and getting out complete all as specified and directed.
