Job contract for E and M Installations at 11 KV substation

Providing Operation & Maintenance Services of Electrical & Mechanical Installations viz power supply system of 11 KV Substation/Power House, CTs, transformers, AVRs & HT & LT panels, APFC Panel, DG Sets, Synchronizing Panels, covering the scope of operation, repairs & maintenance, attending faults / breakdowns rectifications, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the systems, performing preventive maintenance on daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ half yearly/yearly basis, maintaining of records in all PMI register etc. by deploying 08 Nos. Skilled, 01 No. Semi-Skilled and 03 Nos. Unskilled manpower (Including Reliever) as per scope of work given in Additional Terms of Contract to ensure round the clock operation by providing adequate manpower (i.e. in three shifts basis, each shift of 8 hours) on all days including Sundays & National Holidays as per direction of EIC. a) For 1st Year

Day to day Operation & Maintenance of Water Pump House of all types and capacities water pump sets, i/c lighting & power supply system attending faults / breakdowns rectifications, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the systems, performing preventive maintenance on daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ half yearly/yearly basis, maintaining of records in all PMI register etc. by deploying 04 Nos Skilled and 03 Nos Unskilled manpower (Including Reliever) as per scope of work given in Additional Terms of Contract to ensure round the clock by providing adequate manpower (i.e. in three shifts basis , each shift of 8 hours) on all days including Sundays & National Holidays & as per direction of EIC. a) For 1st Year

Day to day Operation & Maintenance of Water Pump House of all types and capacities water pump sets, i/c lighting & power supply system attending faults / breakdowns rectifications, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the systems, performing preventive maintenance on daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ half yearly/yearly basis, maintaining of records in all PMI register etc. by deploying 04 Nos Skilled and 03 Nos Unskilled manpower (Including Reliever) as per scope of work given in Additional Terms of Contract to ensure round the clock by providing adequate manpower (i.e. in three shifts basis , each shift of 8 hours) on all days including Sundays & National Holidays & as per direction of EIC. b) For 2nd Year

Filtration & dehydration of insulation oil of existing HT installations (like- HT AVRS & 11 KV indoor transformer) in substation using on line oil filtration equipment with initial heating arrangement to attain standard breakdown voltage including testing of breaking strength prior and post purification with certificate and replacement of silica gel of breather of the same etc as required and as per direction of Engg-in-charge. Location - Sub Station

Servicing , testing , checking and calibration of relay (over current 2 Nos + 1 No earth fault relay) installed in 11 KV HT panel including calibration and testing of 03 nos VCB (400 Amp) 11 kV HT - CG make with suitable secondary injection kit and submission of test certificate completed as required, checking the function of auxiliary relay ( confirming the tripping) mechanism of the breaker due to high winding temperature, high oil temperature and due to bucholz relay , activation of the connection transformer, testing the of tripping system by secondary injection kit, tightning the terminals and termination, changing of all nuts and bolts i/c washers (if required), replacement of all insulator/bushing of 11 KV panel (01 incomer and 02 no outgoing+ insulators of PT section) (if required), replacement of the cork sheet and replacement of 3 sets of indoor type resin cast CTs (if required) i/c pressure test at site and calibrating the same complete as required and as per direction of Engg-in-charge. Calibration and testing of 8 nos Air Circuit Breaker (Make - L&T) of capacity (Range - 800 Amp - 5 nos & 1250 Amp - 3 nos) from OEM authorize service dealer using suitable secondary injection kit and submission of test certificate completed as required. Location - Sub Station a) For 1st Year

Complete Overhauling & repairing of 10 HP capacity water pump i/c replacement of defective keys, bush, necessary lathe work, replacement of ball bearing & gland packing, painting and replacement of worn out minor hardware items etc. after dismantling from the existing location, transportation up to the workshop if necessary & reinstallation of the same, testing etc complete as required as per site condition.
