Repairs to LED street light /of any make / type and capacity by replacing unserviceable parts including replacement of wornout connecting wires as per existing size of conductor and taking down fittings from the pole and refixing in position and testing complete as required and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note :-(i) Unserviceable parts required to be replaced with new one shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only" against respective items of this Schedule. (ii) Cost of replacement of worn out wire of the fittings and connections as per existing size of conductor of the each fittings is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.

Supply only following items to incorporate against item No. 1 above:-

(a) Driver for LED 30 watt complete. (Make-Bajaj/Havell's/ Crompton )

(b) Driver for LED 45 watt complete. (Make-Bajaj/Havell's/ Crompton )

(c) Driver for LED 60 watt complete. (Make-Bajaj/Havell's/ Crompton )

(d) Driver for LED 90 watt complete. (Make-Bajaj/Havell's/ Crompton )

(e) Driver for LED 180 watt complete. (Make-Bajaj/Havell's/ Crompton )

(f) Surge protector for LED 25 to 90 watt complete. (Make-Bajaj/Havell's/ Crompton )

(g) Surge protector for LED 100 to 200 watt complete. (Make-Bajaj/Havell's/ Crompton )

Repairs to LED Integrated Solar light of any make and capacity12 watt to 24 watt by replacing unserviceable parts including replacement of wornout control wires as per existing size of conductor and taking down fittings from the pole and refixing in position and testing complete as required and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note :-(i) Unserviceable parts required to be replaced with new one shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only" against respective items of this Schedule. (ii) Cost of replacement of worn out wire of the fittings and connections with new one as per existing size of conductor of the each fitting by soldering is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.

(d) Lithium Ion Battery 11.1V/15.4 AH of dimension 210 x70 x 40 mm) for 12 watt

(e) Lithium Ion Battery 11.1V/19.8 AH of dimension 210 x70 x 40 mm) for 16 watt

Supply and fixing LED Solar street light fitting 16 Watt including galvanized steel pole in built,lithium ion battery, solar panel, charge controller with dusk down sensor complete. (Excavation & earth work shall be measured separately) complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

S & F in re-placement of LED type street light fitting 70/72 watt with IP 66 fixed to existing electric pole with all accessories duly pre-wired including taking down unserviceable one street light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in re-placement of LED type street light fitting 45 watt with IP 66 fixed to existing electric pole with all accessories duly pre-wired including taking down unserviceable one street light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing or laying or passing through pipe 1100 volts grade weather proof flat twin core aluminium stranded conductor cable of size 6 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in re-placement of LED flood light fitting 170/200 watt with IP 66 to be fixed on high mast light complete with all accessories duly pre-wired including taking down unserviceable one street light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in re-placement of LED flood light fitting 50/70 watt with IP 66 to be fixed on high mast light complete with all accessories duly pre-wired including taking down unserviceable one street light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted surface above the planting depth and PCC coping of steel tubular LT pole of upto 09.00 metre length including MS clamps ,cable protection pipe bracket fitted with street light fittings etc by scraping with steel wire brush and applying two coats, of aluminium paint to external surface of poles MS cross arms MS clamp, cable protection pipe etc to give even shade including Zebra colour of painting from 1.5 mtr height from the top of caping/ bottom of pole as per site condition and numbering of poles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in –charge Note: Zebra colour will be applied by synthetic enamel paint of black/yellow colour as approved in alternate layer of 30 cm height of each layer.

Supply and fixing of thermoplastic cable junction box of size 210 X 155X 92 mm, protection class IP-65 suitable for cable entry with terminal, external mounting clamp with and including all necessary weather proof polymide cable glands, fittings required for junction box mounting on pole / wall / connection of aluminium cable of size 10-16 sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Make : HENSEL (Cat No DK 1616 G) or Equivallent Model of SPELSBERG / GEWIS / C & S Electric or equivalent model in other make as mentioned in particular specification.

Repairs to High Mast light fittings (60 to 100 watts, 230/240 volts of any make) at site including taking down existing fittings from pole (up to12 Mtr hight) and refixing the same in position by means of crane/ manually after replacement of unserviceable/defective part(s) of the fittings s as required to make the fittings in smooth serviceable condition and testing complete and as directed by the Engr-in- Charge.

Excavating in trenches n. exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m in depth for foundation of poles, laying UG cables, etc and getting out in any type soil complete as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point in soft / loose soils complete as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soft / loose soil all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading clean dry sand in trenches for cushioning all as specified for cable protection complete all as directed.

M & L for laying of sub class 'B' brick common burnt clay building bricks,designation 75 complete for cable for protection complete all as specified and directed by engineer in chargeat.

M & L for plain cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggreagate) for foundation of poles, stay assembly, struts, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) (20mm graded stone aggreagate) as in coping of poles including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old/unserviceable LT cable and connection including pipes of any description from wall/poles, etc of any cross sectional area and removing unserviceable materials from site as directed.

M & L passing through pipes or fixed to wall/pole 1100 volts grade PVC insulted armoured heavy duty LT, UG electric cable with aluminium conductor for connecting of main switch unit for street light of cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 core including clamping accessories wherever required complete as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 32.01 above but 16 Sqmm, 2 core complete all as specified.

All as per Item No 32.02 above but 10 Sqmm, 4 core complete all as specified

S&F street light bracket arm of length not less than 1.2 m made out of GI tubing, 25mm bore, light grade fixed to pole, etc with suitable size flat iron clamp, nuts, bolts complete as required including taking down old unserviceable one as directed.

All as per Item No 33 above but made out of GI tubing, 40mm bore, light grade.

M & L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less then 2.25m deep bellow ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5m deep below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron strip of 32 x 6mm earth lead by means of bolt, nuts, washers of galvanised steel earth strip protected by and including GI pipe 40mm dia bore (light grade) and conncted to main test point as directed and including concrete pit in PCC(1:3:6)type C-1 precast RCC(1:1.5:3)type A-1 cover slab 54 x 54 cm reinforced with 4mm dia TMT bars @ 150 mm c/c both ways with one handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia TMT bar embedded in precast cover slab funnel wire mens 20mm bore GI pipe (medium grade) for watering charcoal and salt in altemate layers, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as shown on electrical plate No3 of SSR part-I complete all as specified.

M&L for Taking down existing damaged panel from the existing position,including preparation of surface and painting synthetic enamled paint as per existing ,after repair and replacement of existing old damaged door sheets(front and rear ) with existing guage and repair to damaged portion and refixing it its position with suitable frame,foundation,channel,iron welding work of bolts,nuts,etc. all as directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted rusted steel/iron surfaces of any description exc. 10cm in width or girth at different location and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F (in replacemement) following items in the existing out door/indoor LT panels/AMF panels and connetion with using aluminum lugs/ferruls incl disconnection & connection of cable and making necessary alteration in panel/door using welding wk and cutting as required for proper fixing & connection complete all as specified and directed as below :- (Note :- Make of MCCB/MCB : Schneider/L&T/ABB)

Supply and fixing MCBSPN 40 To 63 AMP 415V 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of following poles and current carrying capacity in the DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S & F in Automatic street light Switch three phase max load 8-12 KW for automatic switching OFF street light at 30 Lux level and switching ON at 10 Lux of natural light the sensor along with suitable power Contactors of rating 32 Amps per Phase, MCB 40 Amps-03 Nos should be enclosed in pole/ wall mountable enclosure made of Rust proof, Electric shock proof, Termite proof and FR grade inclosure conforming to IP54. The contactors, MCBs and circuit wiring should suitable enough to take load of 25 KW equially distribution over three phase 415 Volts A/C all as specified and directed.Model No- Swadeep - 02EC-8kW 3 Phase dual, or equivalent Make in Legrand/ L&T/crompton all as specified and directed.
