Repairs to the 300mm dia MS foot-valve of unit-III of Hibdangerpora LIS by way of dismantling of the foot valve and carrying the same to the private workshop and carrying out the repairs by means of welding using good quality electrodes at leaked spots and P/F of foot valve washer and rebuilding of plate seat and repairs to the strainer assembly by welding. The job shall include carriage of foot-valve back to site and fitting of the same and testing on full load. Job includes repairs to the hinge also.
Repairs to the 100KVA substations of various LISs of MISD Sopore by way of p/f of 12mm LT bush rod with bushes and cups.
Repairs to the unit-I of Rebbon LIS by way of dismantling of unit from the base frame and disengagement from the 60Hp prime mover and carrying it to the workshop for conducting repairs. The job shall include extraction of damaged bearings and p/f of 2 No. 6410 ball bearings or their equivalent with adequate greasing and includes re-metaling of shaft and rebuilding of bearing seats and carriage of the unit to the site; fitting it and testing on full load. The job also includes p/filling of M. Oil as desired of specific grade and p/f of 12mm packing material as per requirement.
