S/R to RD Road to Brahmanikansa Road and Construction of Boxcell Culvert (3x6.0x3.0) under AMP in the District of Keonjhar for the year 2025-26.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting trees rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour for scrapping cleaning road surface applying tack coat using 3.00 kg of Bitumen for 10 sqm and laying 37.5 mm thick BUSG in one layer using 0.45 cum of 25 mm to 40 mm size Granite metal and 12.00 kg Bitumenof penetration Grade for 10 sqm with 0.12 cum of 12 mm size chips as key stone for 10 sqm spreading over and laying including heating pouring and spreading over and preading bitumen metal chips and rolling with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR and all other machineries including cost and conveyance of all materials etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning the existing black topped surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bitumenous etc complete as per dierection of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen using Pressure distributor @ 0.20kg/sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with mechanical brooms as per clause 503 of MOSRT & H Specifications etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing ,laying and rolling of Open Graded Pre-Mix Carpet of 20mm thick premix carpet using 0.27cum of 13.2mm to 5.6mm size crushed stone chipping and 14.60kg. penetration grade of bitumen for 10sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR, hot mix plant, bitumen boilers and all other T&P articles but excluding cost and conveyance of chips and bitumen complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying 6mm thick precoated seal coat Type-B using 0.06cum of 6.7mm size chips as per sieve analysis and 6.8kg of bitumen per 10sqm including hire and running charges of PRR, hot mix plant tar and all labours and T &P etc.

Earth work in embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all leads and lifts transporting to site,spreading, grading to required slope and compacting at OMC by Vibratory Roller to meet the requirement of Table-300.2 as per Clause 305 of MoRT&H Specifications dfor Road & Bridge works(4th Revision) complet including cost,conveyance,Royalities,Taxes of all materials,all labours,hire and running charges of all machineries,T&P ,sundries etc. complete as per spcification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling in foundation trenches as per drawing and technical specification clause 305.3.9 including cost conveyance royalty of sand and labour etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) using 4cm size hg metal including cost of all materials labour T&P etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of Un-reinforced,dowel jointed M-30 Grade cement concrete pavement by semi-mechanized method over a prepared sub-base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg /cum coarse and fine aggregate confirming to IS:383,maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm,mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design,transported to site,laid with a fixed form or slip form paver,spread,compacted and finished in a continous operation etc , curing compound ,finishing to lines and grades as per drawing and as per clause 602 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th. Revision)
