Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level, not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, remming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5m high from base complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting/Filling using power roller exc 8 tonne but n exc 12 tonne complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for bringing approved earth from outside MOD land from a distance of exc 5 km but n exc 10 km from the proposed site and forming embankment including raising earth, spreading in layers n.exc 25 cm thick, watering, ramming/rolling with tandem vibratory roller (static and vibratory) under Optimum Moisture Condition (OMC) to 98% modified proctor density and finished to required gradiant size and camber as required, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Consolidated embankment shall be measured and paid with admissible allowances as per SSR- 2020 (Pt -II) (ii) Proper pay receipt/challan of earth purchased from outside of MoD land shall be submitted by the contractor before payment of RAR/Final Bill.

M&L soling (or sub base) 100mm thick (spread thickness) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surfaces formed and rolled and consolidated with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L WBM 15 cm thick in two layers of 7.5cm thick each (compacted thickness) with coarse aggregate with lime stones, sand stones, flint or quartize of grading 2 (63 mm to 40mm size) spead, rolled and consolidated with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to gradient and camber required all as specified and directed.

M&L for continuous brick edging with burnt clay bricks of Sub class B of old size; with width equal to the depth of the brick, laid on end vertically complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MORTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.7-1 kg/sqm on surface of WMMIVVBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MORTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for laying one layer of premix bituminous macadam of 50mm thick (Compacted thickness) using crushed aggregate of grading II of IRC laid/rolled and compacted with mechanical paver to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Bituminous premix Semi asphaltic dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete rolled with 8 to 10 tonnes power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 3.00 mm thick painting to road surfaces as in lines, dashes, arrows, letters, zebra cross etc, on roads, pavements and the like etc with thermoplastic road marking paint (Make : STP or equivalent as approve by E' in C' branch make) @ 5 Kg/Sqm and applying glass grit @ 300 gms/Sqm over painted surfaces while the painting surfaces are hot including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (both application shall be carried out through meachanical application by the approved applicator of manufacturer of paint).

Supply and installation of Raised Pavement Marker (RPM) with polycarbonate lens electronically welded with the RPM body. The marker shall be scratch proof and abrasion resistant microprismatic polycarbonate lens with polycarbonate reflective panels with dual prismatic cubescapable providing total internal reflection. Dimension: The dimension of the marker is height 15.88mm, width 101.6mm, length 89.2mm. The marker conforms to ASTM D4280 and is in accordance with MORTH circular reference No. RW/NH 33023/10/97-DO III dated 11 June 1997. Marker shall be fixed with adhesive and no nails shall be used to affix the marker and shall be marked with manufacturer name complete all as specified and as directed.
