Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead within the school premises all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Demolishing brick work in lime/cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material within the school premises and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling tile work carefully of thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm in floors laid in cement mortar including disposal of unserviceable surplus material and stacking within 50 metres leads and lifts etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Demolishing concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalentdesign mix)cement concrete manually/ by mechanical meansincluding disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction leads and lifts etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supplying and filling of coarse river sand of approved quality in foundations, plinths, under floors, trenches, pavements etc., including levelling, watering, ramming, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete of 1:3:6 (1Cement: 3 Coarse sand : 6 graded crushed stone aggregate) using 40 mm and down gauge crushed stone aggregate of approved quality including shuttering, leveling, ramming, finishing and curing etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and layinig Reinforced cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) etc., ramming, leveling, curing etc., complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing, laying and fixing in position TMT reinforcement bars of grade Fe 500D of SAIL/ VIZAG/ TATA/ ZINDAL for RCC works, including cost of supplying, cutting, bending, transporting, erecting, binding with 16 gauge MS annealed wire, cement mortar spacer blocks etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing, fabricating and erecting Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.)trusses etc., of make TATA/JINDAL/SAIL/VIZAG or approved make including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a primingcoat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets of TATA/JINDAL or approved make including ridges at all heights (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, or fixing with polymer coated 'J' or 'L' hooks, bolts & nuts 8mm dia. G.I plain/bitumen washers along with wind ties complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying Fly Ash brick masonry work with non modular bricks of size 230mm x 110mm x 75mm, fly ash lime bricks (FALG Bricks) conforming to IS:12894, having crushing strength not less than 10N/mm2 in CM 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) in superstructure at all heights and levels including curing, scaffolding wherever required etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 coarse sand) proportion over brick/ RR masonry/ Concrete walls, floors and other surfaces including providing and mixing approved water proof compound for external plaster in the proportion recommended by the manufacturer, raking of joints, hacking the concrete surfaces, scaffolding where necessary, curing etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and applying two or more coats of acrylic smooth exterior coating of Apex Ultima of M/s. Asian Paints / Excel of M/s. Nerolac / Heatshield of M/s. O.FIXIT / Weathershield Max of M/s. ICI Delux or other approved equivalent make and shade over the plain plastered/ sand face / rough cast plaster/ RCC jalli / RCC fins at locations as required, on old wall surfaces, applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm. over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied@ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm), ensuring an interval of 4-6 hours for each successive coats etc. complete as per the manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying 40mm thick plain cement concrete flooring of grade 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate using 20 mm nominal size) and finished with a floating coat of neat cement, laid in panels, to maintain required level and slope including provisions of chequered finishing, curing etc., all complete as per drawings specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying Ceramic Anti-skid floor tiles of size 300x300 mm of JOHNSON/KAJARIA/SOMANY or approved make (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved colour laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement :4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc.,complete all as per directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing in position white vitreous china WC pan suite of approved make of Hindware/parryware or equivalent and quality with 100mm cPVC 'P' or 'S' trap, connecting the water closet with the soil pipe etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer, comprising of the following and including removal of old WC pans, Handed over to college authorities, disposal of the same to dumping yard with a lead of 1.0km etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

a) Indian Orissa type WC pan of size 580 mm x400mm front or back inlet with 100 mm dia cPVC "P" or "S" trap conforming to IS:2556.b) 10 lit. low level white PVC flushing cistern of parryware slimline or equivalent with manually controlled device, PVC flush bend pipe conforming to IS 7231; with all fitting and fixtures brackets and overflow pipe with specials and mosquito proof coupling of approved Municipal design complete including cutting and making good the walls wherever required. c) Setting WC pan in CC 1:5:10 including making necessary connection to soil pipes etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.d) Providing and fixing in position 15 mm dia PVC water inlet connections with CP brass nut on both ends and of required length.e) 15mm dia screw down heavy quality C.P.Brass stop cock conforming to I.S.781 etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer

Providing and fixing 75mm unplasticised Rigid PVC soil pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type B, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion including chipping and connecting with existing chamber all complete as per directed by engineer in charge

Providing and fixing 32 mm dia. Semi rigid P.V.C. waste pipe for sink or wash basin including P.V.C. waste fittings complete.

Providing and fixing CP brass bib cocks of approved quality confirming to IS standard and weighing not less than 450 gm 15mm nominal bore including all manpower, tools, tackles including removal of existing brass bib cocks and handing over to sectional stores complete and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (VolatileOrganic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approvedbrand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.,all complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china flat back wash basin of size 550 x 400mm of Parry ware/ Hindware/ Cera with pair of MS or CI brackets painted white, 15 mm CP brass pillar tap, CP brass chain with rubber plug, 32mm CP brass waste coupling with PVC waste rigid pipe concealed in the wall, 15mm PVC connecting pipe etc complete, including removal and handing over to the sectional stores of existing old wash basin and cutting and making good the walls where ever required etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 600x450 mm beveled edge mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) complete with 6 mm thick hard board ground fixed to wooden cleats with C.P. brass screws and washers ,all complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
