Fabrication of pipe (16" and below) MODIFICATION/REPAIR-PIPING : CS/AS/SS(IBR/Non-IBR):Dismantling of existing pipe lines by flame cutting/wheel cutting, hacksaw cutting, grinding transportation of pipes, flanges, fittings etc. from owner#s storage point to worksite making necessary scaffoldings, trenches etc. including supply of machineries, tools, tackles, labors and supervisions, beveling, fit-up & welding of different sizes of pipes of all in site or in position on ground, overhead, at all elevations, including attending repairs, fulfilling NDT & pre/post weld heat treatment as required by inspection dept. of NRL, Completing the works in all respects as per specifications, drawings and instruction of E.I.C.

Erection of pipe (8" to 16")Piping work, CS/AS/SS (IBR/Non-IBR) all sizes: Dismantling of existing pipe lines by flame cutting/wheel cutting, hacksaw cutting, grinding transportation of pipes, flanges, fittings etc. from owner's storage point to worksite making necessary scaffoldings, trenches etc. including supply of machineries, tools, tackles, labors and supervisions, fabrication including cutting, grinding, edge preparation, (inclusive of grinding the edges of pipe, fittings, flanges etc. To match with the mating edges of uneven, different thickness wherever required)fit-up, bending, preheating, post heating wherever necessary, welding, threading & laying of pipes of all types & thickness over sleepers/overhead on racks etc. at all elevation, fulfilling NDT performance as required by inspection dept. of NRL with all arrangement for inspection, connecting with flanges, nozzles, strainers, orifice assemblies, spray nozzles, Rota meter, tapping for pressure gauges, thermo wells, sample connection etc. including fixing of gaskets, bolts, nuts wherever reqd., cleaning, flushing by water/compressed air, hydrostatic, pneumatic, vacuum or any other type of testing as specified, draining & drying by compressed air, completing all such works in all respect (including preparation of isometrics) as per specification, drawings & instruction of E.I.C.

Outside threading GI pipe(6" and below) Receiving pipe & fittings from PMC/Client store, piping yard, fabrication yard, delivery of machined pipes& fittings to site or fabrication yard, machining and edge preparation & from inside champering of pipe & fittings as per sketch / as per instruction of Engineer in-charge with all tools, machineries, skilled, unskilled manpower, etc. to complete the work in all respect. THREADING OF GI PIPE STD. Outside threading on GI pipes (50 MM length) to match the given threads of fittings.

FABRICATION/ERECTION OF STRUCTURAL WORK:Supplying transporting storing, fabricating in position and testing / examining bolted and/ or welded structural steel works at all levels and locations including all builtup sections/ compound sections made out of rolled sections and / or plates, bent plates in trusses, purlins, wind ties, wind girders, columns, portals, racks, frame works, crane sagrods, supports for equipment and technological accessories and process piping, hand railings, posts, conveyor galleries, trestles, towers, masts, junction houses, etc cutting, welding,finishing edges by grinding, fixing in line and level with temprorary staging & bracing and removal of the same after erection, grouting with ordinary Grout or premix free flow Nonshrink Grout as specified, including preparation and submission of detailed fabrication drawings, preparing the surface for painting, surface cleaning, wire brushing, removal of mill scale, dust, rust, oil or grease and surface preparation, shop primer as per EIL SPEC 6-66-004 after fabrication etc all complete. Supply of all material in contractor's scope.

Valve erection: Dismantling/erection of all type of gate; globe; ball; plug;check; needle; butterfly; control valves or any other similar valves of all size of 150# per inch-dia basis; at all elevations and at all locations; dropping it to ground level safely; transportation of spares from storage point / repairing

Hydrotesting : Pipe Hydrotesting/ Pneumatic Testing of pipings up to 1000 inch mtr.: Carrying out per inch dia per mtr. hydrotesting/ pneumatic testing as specified including all other miscellaneous works like blinding, de-blinding etc.; supply of tools tackles

Painting Work in the joints of GI pipe : Supply and application of approved brand of paints, preparation of surfaces, identifications, lettering/numbering, colour coding etc. as specified including rub down and touch up of shop/field primer or scrapping of shop/field primer wherever required and providing scaffolding for all heights, labour, materials, tools and tackles, consumables, personal protective equipments for safe work, supervision, etc. to complete the work in all respects as per specifications, drawings and direction of Engineer in Charge: one coat of Etch primer, one coat of Zinc Phosphate Epoxy primer and two coats of Acrylic Polyuethane Finish paint; 138 ?

Painting for Fire water line : Supply and application of approved brand of paints, preparation of surfaces, identifications, lettering/numbering, colour coding etc. as specified including rub down and touch up of shop/field primer or scrapping of shop/field primer wherever required and providing scaffolding for all heights, labour, materials, tools and tackles, consumables, personal protective equipments for safe work, supervision, etc. to complete the work in all respects as per specifications, drawings and direction of Engineer in Charge: One coat of Epoxy zinc phosphate primer+ One coat of Epoxy MIO undercoat + One coat of Acrylic PU top-coat; Total DFT 230 ?

Structural painting :Supplying & applying FINISH PAINT of approved quality and shade including a coat of primer as per EIL specification No. 6-66-004 over one coat of shop primer already applied including storage , surface preparation, degreasing, cleaning, drying, touching up of shop primer coat, providing temporary staging, scaffolding, testing, etc, for steel structures at all levels and locations, all complete as specified

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All kinds of soil

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : "1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

HYSD/TMT STEEL BARS: Supply and providing cold twisted HYSD/TMT steel bars of approved make of reputed concern for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, binding and placing in position of 8mm and above dia and M.S. round bars dia.:HYSD/TMT STEEL BARS

Centering and shuttering including strutting ; propping; etc . and removal of form for all components of RCC.

Dismantling manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : bituminous road

Laying, spreading and compacting with stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road / vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density .

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications : On bituminous surface @ 0.50 Kg / sqm

Providing and laying seal coat over prepared surface of road with bitumen heated in bitumen boiler fitted with the spray set spraying using 98 kg of bitumen of grade VG - 10 and blinding surface with 0.90 cum of stone aggregate of 6.7 mm size (Passing 11.2 mm sieve and retained on 2.36 mm sieve) per 100 sqm of road surface, including rolling and finishing with power road roller all complete.

Design & detailing of the structure and approval thereof from authorised Govt. Agency/Institution/ Chartered Engineer.
