Taking down carefully point wiring of any type (i.e. on wooden batten, surface conduit, casing capping or concealed conduit) complete for light, fan socket or power point with fittings & fixutres such as ceiling rose, electric fittings, holders, switches, sockets wooden batten, conduit etc including accessories such as wooden gutties/ rawal plug, screw etc including removing materials from site and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm, PVC insulated but unsheathed, stranded copper conductor single core FRLS cable, IS-694 marked, drawn through existing surface/ concealed conduit and accessories and terminated in and including new sunk type pressed steel terminal switch boxes 1.6 mm thick with plastic laminated bakelite sheet top cover 3 mm thick hylum sheet fixed with nickel polished steel screws with washers and including 1.5 Sqmm stranded copper conductor PVC insulated FRLS cable green in colour as continous earth conductor connected to common earth and earth dolly with all accessories complete all as specified and directed for one light point or one fan point controlled by one switch SP one way all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In- charge.

Supply & fixing in repair LED retrofit lamp 9 W (TU) 6500K, 220-240v, B-22 base cap.

S&F for ceiling rose surface type bakelite 65 x 50 mm three terminal complete all as specified.

S&F for five step fan regulator, electronic type, single phase, including connection complete after dismantling/ removing unserviceablve regulator all as specified.

S&F for 18/20 watt LED (4 Ft) batten for surface pendent and conduit mounting high transmissitivity diffuser,high lumen complete with 20W LED tube rod (4ft) including taking down existing light fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge. Note : (i) Contractor shall be provided 2 years written manufacture's guarntee for the LED fixture complete including driver from the certified date of completion.

S&F for 9/10 watt LED (2 Ft) batten for surface pendent and conduit mounting high transmissitivity diffuser,high lumen complete with 10W LED tube rod (2ft) including taking down existing light fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge. Note : (i) Contractor shall be provided 2 years written manufacture's guarntee for the LED fixture complete including driver from the certified date of completion.

S&F in repair energy saving bulk head luminaries with opal diffuse LED 10 watt 6000 K power factor more than 0.90 IP-65 class-I protection with high efficiency Led electronic driver, surge protection upto 2 KV, operative on 140 volts to 270 volts AC supply complete prewired products must be made in India only connection and testing complete all as specified. Note : (i) Contractor shall be provided 2 years written manufacture's guarantee for the LED fixture complete including driver from the certified date of completion.

M & L for sub main wiring with two run of 6 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area ) of single core unsheathed PVC (FRLS) insulated cables 1100 Volts grade multi stranded copper conductor drawn through & including non metallic rigid PVC conduit of size 19/20 mm or higher dia with & including necessary conduit accessories concealed/surface only on roof & colomn) type including one run of 6 Sqmm stranded copper conductor PVC (FRLS) insulated cable as earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-In-charge. Note:- Two run cable and one run of earth wire will be measured as a one unit.

M & L for DB's 4 way TPN double door with bus bar of 200 Amps rated per fitted with MCB,and MCBs SP 6-32 Amps 10KA (as per site requirement) in outgoing circuits complete pre fitted and prewired with PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor wire of suitable size, with neutral bar and earth bar complete all as specified.

M & L for replacement TPN MCB, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, having rupturing capacity 10 KA, of rating 16 to 32 Amps complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M & L for replacement TPN MCB, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, having rupturing capacity 10 KA, of rating 40 Amps complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for sheet metal DB for MCBs, SPN, 8 ways, double door,singal phase, IP-43 company painted with 200 Amps rated bus bar, neutral bar/ connectors, each bar/ connectors, prewired complete with suitable copper conductor wire, PVC insulated, FRLS type with suitable copper thimbles, lugs etc complete all as specified.

All as per srl item No. 28 here-in-before but of size 4 ways complete all as specified.Note for srl item 28 and 29 :- MCB,s SPN & SP shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and laying for XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded alumimium conductor of size 10 Sqmm 2 core.

S&F for energy saving recess mounting deep drawn LED luminaire, 34/36 watt, 6000K suitable for false ceiing of size 60cm x 60cm, having power factor more than 0.90 IP-20 class-I protection with efficiency LED electronic driver BIS approved surge protection 2 KV (minimum), operative on 140 volts 270 volts AC supply, products must be made in India only, complete prewired, connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing for LED post top lantern 25 W e-top with aluminium die cast housing cum heat sink with PMHA diffuser in IP 65 including taking down existing light fittings etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for energy saving & environmental friendly long life versatile pressure die-cast aluminium housing luminaire with heat resistant glass and suitable optics for uniform distribution of light 25/30 watt LED for bldg security lights with high efficiency electronic driver BIS approved, having IP-65 protection, surge protection min 2 KV power factor more than 0.9 complete operative on AC supply 140 volts to 270 volts pre-wired and product should be made in India only complete all as specified. Note: (i) Contractor shall be provided 2 years written manufacturer's guarantee for the LED fixture complete including driver from the certified date of completion.

S&F for switch one Modular type with plate , 5 Amps, 240 Volt AC single pole, one way complete all as specified.

S&F for switch one Modular type with plate, 15 Amps, 240 Volt AC single pole, one way complete all as specified.

M&L for Socket 2 in 1 pin, 5 Amps,one/two Modular type with plate and shutter complete all as specified.

M&L for Socket 3 pin, 15 Amps,two Modular type with plate complete all as specified.

S&F for Bell push switch one/two Modular type 5 Amps, SP, 240 volts complete all as specified.

M& L for earthing complete with & including galvanized MS earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, buried vertically in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level, with lop edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 below ground level connected to galvanized earth wire soldered and riveted or connected to earth plate by means of nuts, bolts , check nuts & washers, of galvanized iron or steel all as Shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part- I (2009) and connected to panel board, all as specified and testing on completion including provn of earth wire 4 mmm dia duly protected with and including 15 mm dia bore medium grade GI pipe upto 7.5 (maximum) meter from electrode to earth point including provn of the earth plate surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of not less than 15 cm in alternate layers of charcoal and salt on all sides of earth plate and GI light grade watering pipe of 20mm dia bore with funnel with wire mesh including all necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in, removal of surplus soil to a distance 50 metre, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 as in earth chamber, 50 mm thick RCC cover using cementconcrete 1:2:4 type B-0 reinforced with & including 8 mm dia mild steel TMT bar @ 100 mm c/c Both way with suitable handle for lifting arrangement & including form work and MS frame using MS angle of size 40mm x 40mm x 6mm complete all as specified & directed. NOTES:- (i) On testing, after completion of Job, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing shall be redone by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 metre wide for foundations, laying cables and similar works n. exc. 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of excavated surplus spoil to a distance n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge .

M & L for sand cushioning for under ground cable 23cm thick (one layer of 8cm thickness before laying the cable and other layer of 15cm thickness after laying the cable) all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Thickness of only 18cm after punning shall be considered for payment.

M & L for brick protection with old size sub class 'B' bricks laid flat across the route of underground cable all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
