Taking up/down worn out/damaged/unserviceable PVC insulated underground cable armoured, heavy duty with aluminium conductors of any size, 1100V grade from trench/duct/pole/wall/pipes/roof tops etc. complete including taking out sand cushioning and brick protection etc all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separetely.

Supply, laying and connecting, LT UG cable XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor laid in trenches/on poles/walls/in ducts/passing through pipes etc including jointing materials such as cable glands, lugs etc of size 300Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. Note : Epoxy cable Joints shall be measured and paid separately

Excavation in trenches in soft or loose soil, not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and getting out complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) Payment for excavation shall be made for one time in case the new cable is laid in the same trenches .

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick protection with sub class "B" bricks (old size) laid dry, flat in trenches over cable with longest dimension perpendicular to the axis of the cable complete all as specified and directed specified .

Material & labour for sand cushioning in trenches and well ramming in layers with 8 cm below and 15 cm above the cable with fine dry sand for cable protection and complete all as directed and specified

S&F in replacement 40mm bore GI tubing light grade as in cable protection pipe including all fittings complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement 50mm bore GI tubing light grade as in cable protection pipe including all fittings complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement 80mm bore GI tubing light grade as in cable protection pipe including all fittings complete all as directed.

M&L for boring under road/path/hard standing to pass the HT / LT UG cables upto 80mm dia pipe with the own arrangements of T&P complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning, scrapping, preparing the old painted steel surface of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer to HT/LT panel of any size complete all as specified.

M&L in repairs for Earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmX60cmX6.00mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate no less than 1.5m bellow normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcol dust and common salt filling in alternatie layers and electrode connected by galvanised iron strip 32mmx6mm by means of bolts, nuts and washers connected to test termination point protected by 40mm bore GI pipe light grade and GI pikpe light grade 20mm bore for watering and inlcuding funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover and PCC chamber with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr all as specified and shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) The unit rate shall include for GI water pipe, protection pipe wire mesh, funnel, excavation, RCC pit cover, PCC. Test point, GI strip 32x6mm from top of earth plate upto 5 mtr. (b) PCC pit shall be provided at least 1.5m away from the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fixing junction, elbow etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (c) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC 1:2:4 tyupe B-1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4 Kg/sqm.
