Providing one flat brick soling in floor etc. including filling the interstices by sand packing ramming etc. complete as directed.

Cement Concrete work in proportion 1: 3: 6 with aggregate of size 13 mm to 38 mm free from dust and dirt and other foreign materials including roding (vibrating), bailing out wate where necessary and carrying with supplying all materials complete as directed. (Without shuttering) (Temporary arrangement for obtaining clear water should be made at site.) (i)Without shuttering & without Dewatering

Cement Concrete work in proportion 1: 2: 4 with aggregate of size 13 mm to 38 mm free from dust and dirt and other foreign materials including roding (vibrating), bailing out wate where necessary and carrying with supplying all materials complete as directed. (Temporary arrangement for obtaining clear water should be made at site.)

Sand filling in plinth in layers not more than 15cm thick including local carriage, watering, ramming etc. complete as directed.

Plain cement concrete floor base as specified with coarse aggregate of size 13mm to 38mm (river gravel) including curing etc. complete as directed.

Centering and shuttering including propping etc. where necessary and removal of forms after completion of C.C. and R.C.C. works complete as directed. (Measurement will be taken on the face area of timber)

Brick work in cement mortar 6mm thick with 1st class brick including racking out joint and curing and necessary scaffolding etc. complete as directed

25 mm thick artificial stone damp proof 1:2:4 with stone aggregate 6 mm to 20 mm size with CTCO or other similar approved damp proofing compound.

Providing dressed 1st class Sal wood works in posts, walls, battens, post plates, trusses, chowkaths, brackets etc. including supplying and fixing spikes, nails, screws, bolts and nuts up to 16mm dia etc. complete as directed..

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm, for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges 9.27.1 35 mm thick shutters 9.27.1.1 with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size 9.27.1.1.1 Second class teak wood and necessary screws

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4 mm thick float glass panes, including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws. 9.9.1.1 35 mm thick

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position with necessary stainless steel screws etc. 9.3.2 Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood

Providing and fixing insulating board ceiling of approved quality with necessary nails etc. complete (frame work to be paid separately) : 12.24.3 Flame retardant face insulating board 12.24.3.1 12 mm thick

63 mm thick flooring with cement concrete in prop. 1:3:6 with stone aggregate of size 13mm to 38mm over one flat brick soling including 12mm thick cement plastering in prop. 1:3 and neat cement polishing on top watering, curing etc., complete as directed.

12 mm thick cement plastering including clearing surfaces and curing etc. complete as directed. (ii) In proportion 1:4

Supplying, fitting, fixing and laying in position M.S. rod/ Torsteel/ TMT bars of all sizes as per design and drawing as required including cutting, bending, cranking with necessary lappage and tying with black wire complete as directed

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. 10.16.2 Hot finished seamless type tubes

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.12.1.2 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete.12.4.1 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. 13.81.2 Two coats

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. 13.85.1 With ready mixed pink or grey primer on wood work (hard and soft wood) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : 13.62.1 Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour 13.82.2 Two coats

Earth work in back filling of structure with earth obtaining from outside borrow pits, filling with 15cm layer ramming, dressing and compaction and watering including paying compensation of land, if any with lead up to 30m and lift 1.50m complete as directed

Construction of Canal Structures Construction of Bed Barrier (8 Numbers) Earthwork in excavation in foundation of canal structures in all types of soils as per design and drawing including dressing the foundation, soaring etc. removing the surplus spoils by head load to safe distance from the working place and depositing the required spoils in uniform layers, dressing, watering, breaking clods to not more than 10 mm cube with compensation, complete as directed at site. (Including bailing out stagnant rain water where necessary).All types of soils except soil mixed with gravel and boulders ( For normal lead of 30m and lift of 1.5m)

Cement Concrete work in proportion 1: 4: 8 with aggregate of size 13 mm to 38 mm free from dust and dirt and other foreign materials including roding (vibrating), bailing out wate where necessary and carrying with supplying all materials complete as directed. (Without shuttering) (Temporary arrangement for obtaining clear water should be made at site.) B) Hard river broken stone 13 mm to 38 mm size

Construction of Box Colvert ( 3 Numbers) Earth work in excavation in foundation of canal structure in all types of soils as per design and drawing including dressing the foundation, shoring etc. removing the surplus spoils by head load to a safe distance from the working place and depositing required spoils in uniform layers dressing, watering, breaking clods not more than 10mm cube with compensation etc. complete as directed. (Including bailing out stagnant rain water where necessary). All types of soils except soil mixed with gravel and boulders. (For normal lead of 30 m and lift of 1.5 m)

Collection and supply of sand mixed gravel contains 40% of sand and 60% of river gravel of size 13 mm to 38 mm free from all foreign materials including carriage from quarry to the work site loading, unloading and stacking in measurable stacks as directed by the department (Including paying of forest royalty and sales tax etc.)

Labour charge for spreading of hard river gravel / broken stone / sand gravel mixture of size of gravel 13mm to 38 mm to the materials as directed complete including all carriage etc.
