Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring of light, fan, socket or power complete, including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floor ceiling etc. all as directed

M&L Point wiring complete with 1.5 Sq mm single core PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor FRLS cable multi stranded 1100 Volt grade drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit concealed to wall and fixed to ceiling/roof etc with necessary fixing accessories such as bend elbow socket etc with fixing material including terminal box made out of 1.22mm thick MS sheet concealed in wall covered with bakalite/plastic laminated sheet top cover of 3mm thick cadmium plated screws with cup washer including 1.5Sqmm single core PVC insulated un sheathed copper conductor FRLS cable multi stranded 1100Volt grade as earth continuity conductor green in colour connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed for One light/fan/bell point controlled by one switch. M & L for preparing the old painted steel surfaces by rubbing/scratching the old painting of 25 ltrs capacity geyser and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, white with spray gun including writing MES Nos with black paint (of required size and shape) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 48 here in before but for geyser 50 ltr capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Notes:- (i) Doctor brand or equivalents ISI brand varnish shall be used. (ii) Motor winding shall be wound with machine only. (iii) BIC/HTP or DEVIDYAL. make super enameled copper winding wire shall only be used. (iv) Weight of copper winding wire per fan shall be min 350 gm.
