Supplying and laying brick work in cement mortar 1:5, including Curing and scaffolding at all levels

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster 1:4 for internal plastering over the brick/block work wall and existing wall and including scaffoldings. Complete as per instruction of MFL engineer IN-charge.

Providing 20mm thick cement plaster 1:4 for external plastering over the brick/block work Wall and existing wall including scaffoldings. Complete as per instruction of MFL engineer IN-Change.

Providing and applying two coat(1 coat primer and 2coat paint) at all levels with cement paint (Ace or equivalent approval brand, manufacturer and color) on the internal surfaces including scaffolding, preparation etc.

Providing and applying two coat (1 coat primer and 2coat paint) at all levels with Weather shield paint(Snowcem or equivalent approval brand, manufacture and color) on the external surface in including scaffolding, preparation etc.

Providing and applying two coat enamel paint (1 coat primer and 2coat paint) at all levels (approval brand, manufacture and color (approval brand, manufacture and color) on the external surface including scaffolding, preparation etc.

Providing and laying anti-skid weather proof roof title(as per approval pattern 10-12 mm nominal thickness of approval size) with 5mm spacer between all tiles on roofs jointed with compound, laid over a bed of 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4(1 cement :4 coarse sand) and preferred Brands : KAG /Johnoson /Kajaria/Anuj

Providing and laying 1st quality vitrified title and ceramic title (as per approval pattern 10-12 mm nominal thickness of approval size) on roof jointed with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound, laid over a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and finished neat complete (including surface preparation) Preferred Brand: KAG/ Johnoson /Kajaria/Anuj

Supplying and fixing at all levels the different class of doors, partition and windows of frame size as under, including fittings and fixtures, and painting with preservation coating Aluminium flush shutters with 16G anodized extruded Aluminium. Channels and with sheet for both side flush panels facing: thick upto 25mm (per Sq.m)

Supplying and fixing of door for cup board of 30mm thick plywood 30mm X 12mm beeding, with teak wood frame of size 100mmX50mm with all necessary fittings (hinges, pad lock, handle etc.,)complete all as per instruction of engineer in charge
