Repairs to existing sunken floor to be done as given following courses

Demolition and removing sunken floor filling and depositing the same at a distance n exc 250m away from the outer edge of bldg complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Chage.

M&L for applying two coats of epoxy resin coating polymer modified coating to a thickness of 1 mm incl preparation throuly without any traces of dirt or luitance as in sunken floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Using NITOBOND Chemical First coat 1:2:3 (Nitobond 1 Ltrs : water 2 Ltrs : Cement 3 Kg) NITOBOND Chemical second coat 1:3 (Nitobond 1 Ltrs : Cement 3 Kg)

M&L 15 mm thick protective plastering in CM 1:4 (using and complete all as mixed with WPC 150 ml per cement bag) specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Liquid water proofing compound will be measured in separate item)

Cleaning of reinforcement in pathes n exc 15RM from rust from the reinforcing bars of dia upto 12mm to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for mixing and applying SBR polymer modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) 15mm average thickness in three layers as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge Note: Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument.

Cutting down the plants/ trees of girth n.exc. 15cm from roof tops/ sides of external walls of building, chajja, wall junctions & at junctions of rain water/ waste water pipes including taking out the roots entered in to wall/ slab surfaces; making good surfaces with PCC 1:2:4 type B0 or cement mortar (1:2) including repairing the GI/ CI/ PVC pipe joints which were affected due to cutting/ taking out process after applying suitable herbicide including making good the disturbed surfaces to match the adjoining surfaces complete with necessary scaffolding/ staging/ Jhula etc, with all necessary safety precautions up to 4 storey height complete all as directed and as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick work or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) in patches n.exc. 3sq.m. each patch on concrete/ brick masonry surfaces, including mixing water proofing compound, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE: Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.)

M&L for preparing the new plastered surfaces of walls, applying a coat of exterior primer, 2mm thick putty including sand papering the puttied surfaces to form an even and smooth surface and applying two or more coats of premium acrylic emulsion paint with alkali & fungal resistance, disrt resisstance complete all as specified.
