Maintenance & Overhauling of Diesel Engine driven Horizontal centrifugal Fire stand-by pump of existing make , repairing / replacing with new (if necessary) coupling & coupling guard, base frame, Cylinder Liner, Liner 'O' Ring, Piston Ring, Cylinder Head Gaskit, Engine Gasket, Fuel pipe, Filter Kit, Push Rod, Copper washer as necessay foundation in all complete as per specification and direction of the engineer In-Charge. a) Greasing of Engine and pumps is included in the contractor scope.b) Consumption of Diesel for running of Engine as demand to keep the engine in good condition is included in the contractor scope. c) Repairing of Cylinder Head, Valve and Valve Guide opening, Fittings, Machining and valve Grandinng included in the contractor scope. d) Repairing and caliberation of Fuel pump injector Nozzle , Turbocharger including replacement of worn out parts included in the contractor scope.

Supply Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 15 mm dia quartzoid bulb type sprinklers of rating 68 deg centigrade with required accessories a) Pendent type

Repair and colour of wall mounting type hose cabinets fabricated from 16g/18g M.S sheet (powder coated) with supply glass fronted single leaf door and locking arrangement, suitable to accommodate 2 no. 15M long 63mm dia. hose & 1 branch pipe complete in all respect with all labour, tools & plants, transportation, levies etc. and as per specification, drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary :With super gloss (higloss) (b) On steel or other metal surface :(ii) Two coats (with any shade except White)

Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc. Over MS pipe surface.

ISI marked male & female coupling (IS:903) bounded & revited to hose pipe with copper revites & 1.5mm copper wire and complete in all respect with all labour, tools & plants, transportation, levies etc. and as per specification, drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position the signage "FIRE ORDER" it should contain the following matter on 3mm thick "Opaque" PVC foam board of computerized cut ,PVC non-reflective self adhesive vinyl painted foam board of 3' x 4' A) ALERT THE SECURITY AT SECURITY ROOM BY ACTUATINGMANUAL CALL POINT LOCATED AT STRATEGIC LOCATIONS. B) EVACUATE THE OCCUPANTS BY USING FIRE EXITS AND EMERGENCY EXITS ONLY AND ASSEMBLE AT VARIOUS ASSEMBLY POINTS. C) IF POSSIBLE ONE TRY TO EXTINGUISH THE FIRE BY USING NEAREST /SUITABLE PORTABLE EXTINGUISHER OR WATER FROM NEAREST WET RISER. D) BE CALM AND DO NOT GIVE ANY ROOM FROM PANIC,WALK,DO NOT RUN. E) IF YOU ENCOUNTER SERIOUS DIFFICULTY IN EVACUATION, FLAT AND TRY TO ATTRACT ATTENTION OF RESCUE TEAM.
