Servicing of 4P, 415V, 800A-1600A motorised/ manual charged Air Circuit Breakers (C&S Make, Model No. AH-8D-CS & AH-16D-CS) including checking breaker operations, control wirings and fault rectification etc along with lubrication of moveable parts, cleaning of jaw contacts, sparking chambers etc., and replacement of defective parts (if any) and submission of test/service reports etc. complete as required as per site conditions (defective spare part would be provided by AAI)

Servicing of 4P, 415V, 800A-1000A motorised/ manual charged Air Circuit Breakers (GE Make, Model No. Spectronic S800 & SpectronicS1000) including checking breaker operations, control wirings and fault rectification etc along with lubrication of moveable parts, cleaning of jaw contacts, sparking chambers etc, and replacement of defective parts (if any) and submission of test/service reports etc. complete as required as per site conditions (defective spare part would be provided by AAI)

Testing and Calibration of Voltage and Current Operated HT Relays (for 11kV VCB) and LT Relays (for ACBs) (Make:- GE Power, C&S & Easun Reyolle) including secondary injection testing and settings as per OEM's recommendations, submitting test reports etc. complete as required. The work shall be carried out from experienced relay calibration agency. (Defective spare part would be provided by AAI)

Visiting charges by highly skilled personnel having experience of control wiring, well versed with control wiring drawing for identification & rectification of fault in AMF Panel of 500 KVA DG set / interlocking mechanism of HT/LT Ckt. Breakers, relays / transformer faults or any kind of fault in E&M installations at 11 kV substation as required.

Supply of following Spares (as and when required basis) suitable for 800A- 1600A, 4P, 415V, Air Circuit Breakers (C & S Make, Model No. AH-8D-CS & AH-16D-CS) etc. complete as required.

Preparation, Providing and fixing of complete single line diagram of E&M installation of 11KV substation (i.e. HT/LT panels, Transformer, DG AMF panels, Solar plant etc.) to be printed on vinyl sticker (Size 3 ft. x 5 ft.) and pasted on 3mm Acrylic panel sheet including site visit, submission of single line diagram for prior approval by E-I-C and submission of 3 sets on A2 paper, one CD of final complete single line diagram in Auto CAD etc. complete as required as per site conditions.

Servicing and testing of 11 kV, 630 A, Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) as per OEM's recommendations including checking breaker operations, control wirings and fault rectification etc along with lubrication of moveable parts, cleaning of jaw contacts, sparking chambers etc., and replacement of defective parts (if any) and submission of test/service reports etc. complete as required as per site conditions (defective spare part would be provided by AAI) (Make : AREVA Modal VMX-606)
