OD53677/2024-2025:Lifting the 11-30 HP motor after disconnecting the wire connection, decoupling the pump, detaching from the base plate, starters, TP switches etc. using chain block, rope, chain etc. and placing them conveniently on the platform.

OD53678/2024-2025: Lifting the 5-10 HP motor after disconnecting the wire connection, decoupling the pump, detaching from the base plate, starters, TP switches etc. using chain block, rope, chain etc. and placing them conveniently on the platform.

OD53670/2024-2025:Dismantling the11-30 HP motor into stator and rotor, cleaning the windings attending minor repairs, re taping the coils if necessary, varnishing the coils with best quality insulation varnish, cleaning and greasing the bearings with good quality grease, heating the windings, reassembling, test running including scrapping, cleaning and painting with enamel paint.

OD53695/2024-2025:Dismantling the 11-30 HP starters by parts draining out the oil, cleaning the tank, terminal contacts, cutting, leveling and polishing the contacts, cleaning contacts wherever necessary, checking the tripping mechanism, replacing the damaged wires, attending minor repairs, cleaning the oil,(in case of oil starters ), refitting, resetting and making the starter in good working condition.

OD53700/2024-2025:Dismantling the 11-30 HP pump of motor pump set taking out the impeller shaft assembly,detaching impeller shaft assembly,Reconditioning the worn out shaft by welding ,mettaling ,cutting,grinding ,and dynamically balancing etc. refitting the same in pump

OD53699/2024-2025:Dismantling the below 10 HP pump of motor pump set taking out the impeller shaft assembly,detaching impeller shaft assembly,Reconditioning the worn out shaft by welding ,mettaling ,cutting,grinding ,and dynamically balancing etc. refitting the same in pump

OD53693/2024-2025:Charges for rewinding the stater winding - Separate the motor in to stator and rotor , remove the whole burnt stator coil by cutting, pulling and cleaning the slots. Insulating the slots by using nomex paper, rewinding the complete stator slots by using same gauge new copper super enameled winding wire and taping coils. Providing new lead wires, sockets etc. Varnishing the coil using best quality insulation varnish and baking the coils, reassembling and test run the motor.(Less the cost of scarp copper wire)

OD53660/2024-2025: Fully Comprehensive Annual Maintenance contract of 11-30 HP squirrel cage induction motor with split case / End suction pump set , starter, controlling electrical accessories , panel board, etc, including attending all repairs ,overhauling & reconditioning of starter , replacing of damaged coupling bush, carbon brush and coupling bolts, refilling of oil, reconditioning the damaged parts , replacing spares with original make as per sample , removing foreign bodies , renewal of gland packing , gasket packing , rubber packing , greasing the bearing etc as and when required including overhauling of pump and starter ( excluding motor rewinding ) and maintain the motor pump sets starter , electrical accessories etc complete in good working condition all time during the period of contract and the faults should be rectified with in the time allowed .
