Disconnecting , taking down & removing carefully the existing ceiling fan of any description and any sweep,from any position/locations (i.e. Md Accn/OTM Accn/Md Hostel/Workshop/Installations) for repair/servicing/overhauling/painting/numbering etc., dismantling & opening of the fans, checking serviceability of parts, overhauling by necessary cleaning, oiling & greasing , fixing the serviceable parts in position, removing & replacement of defective/ unserviceable parts, if any, with new parts, reassembling the fans, making necessary adjustment and proper alignment of blades, hanging/fixing the repaired fans in position, connecting to existing electric sources and testing at site to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete, all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting,taking down and removing carefully the existing table fan, Air circulator wall mounting fan,pedestal fan, of any description, any sweep and from any position / locations for repairs / servicing / overhauling / painting / numbering etc., dismantling & opening of the fans, checking serviceability of parts, overhauling by necessary cleaning, oiling & greasing , fixing the serviceable parts in position, removing & replacement of defective/ unserviceable parts, if any, with new parts, reassembling the fans, making necessary adjustment and proper alignment of blades, connecting the fans to existing electric sources and testing at site to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete, all as specified and directed.

Note for item 1 to item 3 here in before : (i) The replacement of defective / nonfunctional parts shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply only” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ and fixing charges for new items are deemed to be included under this item. (ii) Burnt out windings replaced, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ for rewinding. (iii) The rates for above items are deemed to include for transportation to & fro of fans to workshop if required and approved by the Engineer-in-charge for necessary repairs. (iv)Cost of minor repair i.e. loose connection tightening, oiling greasing, tightening nut- bolts, insulating wire etc deemed to be inclusive in the item rate above. (v) Writing of fan No. and painting of fans shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’

Supply only the following new parts suitable for the ceiling/ exhaust fans, wall bracket fans & pedestal fans, air circulating fans etc. of any description, any sweep :- Note :- Fixing & testing charges of these items are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the tenderer for Sch ‘A’ item No. 01 and 02 above

Supply only gun metal bushes of any description and size to suit existing motor shaft.

Supplying only capacitor of capacity 2.5 mfd (PVC body) (Make:- EPCOS/JYOTI/ USHA)

Supplying only capacitor of capacity 4 mfd (PVC body) (Make:- EPCOS/JYOTI/USHA)

Supply only complete hanging assembly set comprising with rubber reel, MS clamps, nuts,bolts with lock pins suitable for any type of fans & down rods of length 300mm.

Supply only aluminium cast metal fan blade assembly with necessary MS nuts, bolts & washers suitable for ceiling fans of any descriptions & of 1200/1400 mm sweep. Note: (i) Set of three blades shall be measured as one unit (ii) Make of the blade assembly shall be as approved by GE

Supply only PVC fan blade assembly with necessary MS nuts, bolts & washers suitable for exhaust fans of any descriptions & of 230 mm sweep. (Note: Set of three blades shall be measured as one unit and make of assembly shall be as approved by GE.)

Supplying only aluminium cast metal fan blade assembly with necessary MS nuts, bolts & washers suitable for exhaust fans of any descriptions & of 300/450 mm sweep. (Note: Set of three blades shall be measured as one unit and make of assembly shall be as approved by GE.)

Supplying only aluminium cast metal fan blade assembly with necessary MS nuts, bolts & washers suitable for air circulator/wall mounting/table ans of any descriptions & of 400/610 mm sweep. (Note: Set of three blades shall be measured as one unit and make of assembly shall be as approved by GE.)

Supply only PVC insulated and sheathed, round flexible cable, three core of size 0.50 Sqmm with copper conductor in pieces for connecting fans. ( Make :Havell’s / Finolex / Gloster / National/ Plaza )

Supply only MS nuts & bolts with one hole washer & lock pin of suitable size for hanging assembly complete.

Supply only rubber reel bushof suitable size of hanging assembly complete.

Supply only MS tube medium grade 15mm dia duly finished with white colour two coats over a coat of red oxide cutting in desired length from 300mm to 1500mm, cutting slot and drilling hole for down rod of fan complete all as specifieda and directed.

Taking out & removing old burnt-out windings of electric fans of any description and rewinding of fan motor with appropriate size super enameled copper wire (Make : Atlas/Finolex/Devi Dayal)as approved by the Engineer-in-charge including insulating material such as illuminous paper, Letherized paper, cotton tape, glass sleeving, insulating varnish etc testing at workshop and transportation to site, connecting and testing on full load to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge for the following Fans:-

Rewinding of motor of ceiling fans 1200 mm sweep.

Rewinding of motor of ceiling fans 1400 mm sweep.

Rewinding of motor of exhaust fan of 230/300 mm sweep.

Rewinding of motor of exhaust fan of 450 mm sweep.

Rewinding of motor of wall mounted fan of 400 mm sweep.

Rewinding of motor of air circulating fan of 610 mm sweep.

Rewinding of motor of table fan/ pedestal fan of 400 mm sweep.

Taking down existing worn out louvers of any description , in any position and supplying & fixing new louvers made out of MS sheet 22 gauge thick suitable for exhaust fan of 230/300mm sweep all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. ( Note: The louvers shall be of shape, size and pattern as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer)

Taking down existing worn out louvers of any description , in any position and supplying & fixing new louvers made out of MS sheet 22 gauge thick suitable for exhaust fan of 450mm sweep all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Disconnecting and taking out old existing unserviceable ceiling fan modular regulator of any description and in any position/ location and supply and fixing ceiling fan modular regulator electronic, step type, 1M size modular type , suitable for ceiling fans of any capacity, pre-wired 230 volts AC 50Hz supply complete all as specified and directed. (Make :- Anchor/Cona/Leader)

Disconnecting & taking out old existing unserviceable ceiling fan modular regulator of any description & in any position / location and Supply and fixing ceiling fan modular regulator electronic, step type, 2M size piano type, suitable for ceiling fans of any capacity, pre-wired 230 volts AC 50Hz supply 100Watt complete all as specified & directed. (Make :- Anchor/Cona/Leader)

M & L for painting of existing fans of any description of ceiling fan of 1200/1400mm sweep with applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (White) by spray machine including preparation of existing decorated surfaces of fans complete, all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for painting of existing fans of any description of exhaust fan of 230/300/450mm sweep with applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint grey by spray machine including preparation of existing decorated surfaces of fans complete, all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for painting of existing fans of any description Air circulators of 610 mm sweep with applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (White) by spray machine including preparation of existing decorated surfaces of complete, all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing GI tubing 40mm, medium grade for hanging of ceiling fans including cutting holes in walls built in cement mortar and making good in cement sand mortar 1:4 and finish the surface to match with existing all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing MS clamp made out of 40x6mm MS flat iron conforming to grade Fe-410-O or Fe-310-O made to shape suitable for fixing on 40mm dia pipe making necessary holes for nuts and bolts in clamp including 12mm dia MS bar one end flattened and provided with holes for tightening to flat iron clamp with nut and bolts and other end bend to semi circular shape as directed for hanging of ceiling fan, with and including GI nuts and bolts of suitable dia and length all as specified and directed.
