Tender for operation and maintenance contract for the Navigational Steel Channel buoys and crafts for a period of 3years and extendable for another 1 year

Manpower for carryout operation & maintenance of Channel Buoys, Pilot launch, Mooring launch, Oil Recovery vessel or any other craft etc.,

Class IV Engineer (1 person x 36 months)

Electrician (1 person x 36 months)

Welder cum Fitter (1 person x 36 months)

Mechanic (1 person x 36 months)

Seaman (3 persons x 36 months)

Steel Plate of Marine standard which include the cropping, cutting chipping, grinding, welding renewal of plates, Painting, testing, certification by the ChPA (Total ceiling limit for both Channel buoy and Crafts is 24 Ton)

Pipeline for crafts including consumables (grinding wheel, cutting wheel, rags, gasket, sealant, aerosol, dye penetrant test kit for NDT, PR-testing, welding electrodes gas cutting equipment with accessories and any other required consumables) of Marine standard which include the fabrication as per drawing /sample, etc., which include at least two flanges one short bend and one long bend. Necessary chemical cleaning pressure testing and painting to be done by contractor with required chemicals and paints. (Pipe material: SCH. 80)

Retrieval/Deployment of Channel Buoy in Chennai port which include diving team with their tools, lifting arrangement for operation and crane for shifting to the shore. (Craft service for transportation of the buoy will be provided by ChPA) (Note: For 3 years- 8 )

FRP Repair & Maintenance (include Fiber glass repair kit, applying tools, Required PPE and any other necessary accessories) (Note: For 3 years)

Ultra sonic gauging for 2000 points for channel buoy and crafts (UT Gauging machine, gel and other required accessories to be supplied by contractor)(Note: For 3 years)
