(f) Providing and applying water proof coating using fosroc Nitoproof 600 PF or equivalent, over dry surfaces to achieve 1.5mm thick with 02 coats with interval period of 6 hours over the surface using spray/ squngee/ roller/ brush. Water proofing coating shall have the elongation of 500-700% (ASTM D412-90), tear resistance of 21kN/m (ATMD624-00) and tensile strength of >1.9 N/mm2. Termination to be done on wall extending the coating to min 300mm height above the finished floor level as per vendor recommendation. (g) Laying 200gsm non woven geo textile membrane over Nitoproof 600 PF coating with overlap sealed using synthetic rubber adhesive before providing screed concrete. Porous concrete surfaces to be primed with Nitoproof WB primer.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate elecrode of size 60 cm x 60cm x 6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.5 mtr below the ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level. Earth plate surrounded by 15mm thick packed alternative layers of charcoal dust and comman salt, earth lead GI wire of 4mm dia (8 SWG) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron with thimbles. The other end of GI earth wire is connected to main switch board and protected by light grade GI pipe of 15 mm bore.
