Excavation in foundation and trenches (for pipe and pits) in all kinds of soil such as pick jumper work, including saturated soil stacking the excavated soil with all leads and lifts and clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers, when required into plinth, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts including dressing of beds and sides and preparation of un metal led /metal led/ paved surfaces to its original conditions including shoring, strutting, timbering and dewatering whenever is required. Providing diversions for traffic, night signals fixing caution board crossing over trenches for access to houses complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge Pick and jumper work.

Laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of high density polythen pipe for use for buried water main and services and for water supply above ground, both inside and outside building duly ISI marked (IS: 4984-2016) with fusion welding process including all necessary fitting etc. as amended upto date of PE-80 of pressure rating PN-4 SDR-26 of the following diameter (Earth work to be measured and paid for seperately) complete in all respect including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement: 3sand: 6 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) excluding the cost ofcentering & shuttering in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5 sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Foundation footings base of columns and the like and mass concrete and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall any thickness but not less than 0.1mtr thickness attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor two ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete working:-

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing laying of tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete in all depths and heights and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortor 1:3(1cement: 3 sand) and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing MS rungs in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
