Brick work with old size fly ash bricks, class 7.5, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 (01 cement : 04 coarse sand) all as specified & directed.

Walling random rubble masonry with best quality locally available stone, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), all as specified. Note: Locally available slate stone shall not be used.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, B-0 using 12.5mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as, in lintels upto 1.5 metre clear span, steps, seismic and other similar bends, coping, bands plates for serving hold fasts, filling in mild steel frames etc. and the like including weathering slighting rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified. Note:- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved). (ii) Reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately.

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, type C-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 50mm thick as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5 cms deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen VG-10 and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), all as specified. Note:- The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

Providing precast cement concrete M-15, type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame, set in cement mortar (1:4), all as specified. Note:- The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

PCC M-15, nominal mix, type B-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in floors, 100mm thick, laid in pannels, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

25mm thick cement concrete M-15 (Nominal mix) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone agg ) as in floorimg, finished even & rough complete all as specified and directed.

Coloured chequered cement concrete tiles machine pressed of size 25cmx 25cmx 25mm thick with grey cement, set jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab in floors laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) complete, all as specified.

Mat finish, premium class-I, coloured/ printed ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Glazed ceramic, premium quality, coloured/ printed tiles 300mm x 200mm x 7 to 8 mm thick on vertical surfaces as in skirting, dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary cutting as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick of size not less than 550 mm X 550 mm as per sample kept in GE’s office, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, as in floor etc, laid over and including 15mm screed layer in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish, laid over PCC subbase complete, all as specified.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring with white boarder lining 18-20 mm thick as per sample kept in GE’s office, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab,as in in skirting, dados, risers to steps etc, laid over and including 10mm screed layer in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish complete, all as specified.

TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

TMT bars 5mm and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick/ concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, trowelled to even and smooth finish without using extra cement complete all as specified. ( Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately)

Rendering cement plaster 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) on ceiling, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion (Apex ultima protect of make "Asian" or equivalent in makes mentioned in appendix 'C') over a coat of primer of same brand/ make as of exterior emulsion complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old or previously treated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of exterior emulsion (Apex ultima protect of make "Asian" or equivalent in makes mentioned in appendix 'C') over a coat of primer of same brand/ make as of exterior emulsion complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel hand rails, half round or other stock section of core for wooden hand rail straight portion, drilled and countershunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, wind ties for roof including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc. and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165, all as specified.

Rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to grade Fe 410 -W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A, steel work duly painted with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer including preparation of surfaces all as specified.

Solid PVC frame (Single Rebated) of size 60mm x 30mm made out of solid PVC foam with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin with suitable metal stiffner and fixed with 100 x 8 sheet metal CSK screws complete all as specified, shown on drawing and as directed. (Note :- Door frame shall be water proof, termite proof, elegant and should have excellent screws holding strength to fix hinges and hold doors properly for a long life).

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of 5 mm thick plain coloured PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site, Sheet No 1/1) specified and directed.

Steel door including projecting type hinges, steel handle, complete, with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded including one shop coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, all as specified and directed.

Steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handle and steel peg stay complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded etc., complete, as specified, supplied and fixed including one shop coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, all as specified. Note for Serial Item No 45 & 46:- Weight of steel windows shall be asessed by BOO convened by GE.

Steel rolling shutters fabricated using thickness as 1.25 mm mild steel sheet with ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple, safety lever locks mild steel with four levers and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated, push pull or gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle, complete all as specified.

Painting two coats with synthetic enamelled paint on new steel or iron surfaces of any description exceeding 10cm width/ girth including preparation of surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

Mild steel galvanised iron tubings (ISI Marked) 15mm dia medium grade with all fittings & fixtures complete to walls/ ceilings or laid in floors all as specified and directed.

Corrugated galvanised iron mild steel sheets 0.63mm thick, grade ‘O’, with 120 grams per square metre zinc coating fixed with 'J' or 'L' hook as in roof covering with two corrugation side lap. (Horizontal distance of side lap shall not be less than 145mm and depth of corrugation shall be 12.5mm), all as specified.

Plain galvanised iron mild steel sheets 0.80mm thick, grade ‘O’, with 120 grams per square metre zinc coating as in ridges, valley, gutter etc. Fixed with 'J' or 'L' hooks, all as specified.

Taking down existing unserviceable roof treatment materials and PCC/ cement mortar padding etc complete from roof carefully by cutting chiselling, cleaning the surface by scrapping, brooming, brushing etc and removing the rubbish from site complete, all as directed by Engr-in Charge.

Applying a coat of bitumen primer conforming to IS: 3384-1986 over plastered surfaces @ 0.40 litres/ Sqm of density 087-0.89kg/ litres at 25° C and viscosity 70-160CPS (Bitumen primer shall be of same make as of memebrane) including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified & directed.

APP (Atactic Poly-propylene polymer) modified membranes, five layered, 3mm thick weighing not less than 3.6 kg/ Sqm, having a centre core of polyester non-woven mat (FP) reinforcement dipped into APP modified mix and sealing all the over laps 75mm on length side and 100mm on width side of membranes by torching as per manufacture's instructions by authorised applicator only after applying evenly a coat of bitumen VG-10 grade @ 1.2kg per sqm on the bottom of APP and on top of joints of APP complete all as specified.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank 500 Ltrs capacity four layered (ISI Marked) cylinderical vertical with closed top, hoisted and fixed in position with ball brass valve, high pressure with PVC float valve 20mm dia with polythene float and fly nut, tank nipples with check nuts and washers complete and making connections with existing water supply line including taking down of old tank, all as specified.

Taking down point wiring with aluminium/ copper conductor for light point, socket point/ power point etc. in PVC casing and caping, surface pvc/ steel conduits, wood batten with clips including taking down board any type and size complete with any type of switches, sockets, holders, (batten or pendent type), ceiling rose etc. The light fittings (any type), main switches, distribution board with MCB’s of any capacity and make are to be removed/ replaced if required and all as specified and directed.
