Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sandpapering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing Wall putty on new surface with approved qualit material of Berger/ J.K. / Birla or similar make 2 coats.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shadeNew work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer.

Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls height upto 10 metre above ground level, in two layers, under layer 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 "Coarse sand (zone III) 2000-100 (for royality)=1900"), furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 2 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15 mm cement plaster 1:1/ 2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 "Coarse sand (zone III) 2000-100 (for royality)=1900": 2 stone chipping 10 mm nominal size),in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern, including scrubbing and washing the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings ,complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge (payment for providing grooves shall be made separately).

Forming groove of uniform size in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer, including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge : 15 mm wide and 15 mm deep groove

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1: 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)25 mm thick.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.Size of Tile 600x600 mm
