CCTV Camera - Providing necessary CCTV Cameras The images during the Event days (24 Hours daily) shall be displayed at the office and backup facility shall be made for saving the entaire data during Event days. A minimum of 24 cameras shall be installed in different locations at the venue.

Electrical Generator Sets with fuel for providing electrical power for the entire above facilities with required clearances from Electrical Inspectorate, Fire Service & other concerned Authorities.

Security – Provide professional Security Manpower for day & night (24 hours) for 7 days at the venue for ensuring smooth flow of visitors, traffic, parking of vehicles and adequate security at night after the Event hours.

Photography – Still & Video coverage during Event daysand softcopy of the same shall be submitted to KBIP.

Cleaning & Sanitation – Cleaning and sanitation of Hangers I & II, Stalls & walkways, venue, surroundings etc. during Event days.

Insurance coverage (for the mishaps happening at the venue of the event) provided for all participants, officials and visitors of Kerala Bamboo Fest during the Event days.
