SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XIII)

M&L for construction of LLDPE 25 users Septic Tank (brick construction) including excavation in soft/loose soil in foundation in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) brick masonry in CM 1:4 RCC (M-30 design Mix) slab including cast iron manhole cover having 6mm embeded plate embeded all around with angle iron frame vent shaft etc. complete all as specified, directed and shown on drawing No CESZ/TD-1080/2011.

M&L for construction of soakage well (brick masonry) of 1.8m internal dia and 3.00m effective depth below inlet level including necessary earth work filling with brick bats of guage 40 to 60mm, SWG inlet pipe junction 150mm bore including all other relevent works, complete all as specified, directed and shown on drawing CESZ/TD-2015.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XIV)

Supply, fixing and erect steel tubular swaged poles, ISI marked, complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws drilling of holes for continous GI earth wire as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 metres long) including applying two coats of black bituminous paint internally throughout and externally upto embedded portion and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer with nblack and white strip of 30cm each upto 1.50 metre height and two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer externally on remaining exposed surface after preparation of surfaces and erection in position complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : Excavation, Earthwork, PCC, channel, clamps, nuts, bolts shall be measured and paid separately under respective items)

Supply and fixing 100 W LED New Generation energy saving & environmental friendly long life versatile pressure die-cast aluminium IP56 roadway luminaire with high power LED as light source and electronic driver suitable for pole dia upto 58mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI pipe, bracket for street light fittings made out of GI pipe medium grade 1.20 m long bent to required angle/shape including necessary clamps, nuts, bolts and washers of suitable size and applying two coats of aluminium paint with a base coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC insulated unshealthed copper cable of size 1.50 sqmm 3 Core FR PVC for service connections from junction box to light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing loopin loopout fuse junction box made of thermo plastic polycarbonate with IP 66/67 weather proof for outdoor installation of size 155x210x92 mm (with knockouts of cable entry) protection with terminals and locking screw fitted with 3 phase with neutral copper Bus Bar, 415 Volts, 50 Hz and 6A MCB SP, suitable for cables off sizes and fixing on steel tubular pole at height not less than 1.5m above ground level with the help of clamps two Nos. of FI 20 x 3mm and suitable nuts and bolts, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in gound (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth lead 4mm dia by means of bolt, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and 32 x 6 mm earth strip protected by provn of GI light grade pipe 40mm bore upto 7.5mtr including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) with 50mm thick cover of precast RCC M-25 (Design Mix) reinforced with XPM (Weight not less than 3kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25mmx25mmx3mm with lugs 02 Nos and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of Bronze/Gun metal with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and excavation/earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR -2009 Part -I and connecting to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed.

Note : (a) The quoted rate of earthing shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation & earth work in any type of soil. (b) The quoted rate of earthing shall be deemed to include the cost of charcoal and salt in alternate layers; 7.5 m long galvanised wire 4 mm dia and GI light grade protection pipe and GI light grade watering pipe. (c) The quoted rate of earthing shall be deemed to include the cost of funnel, wire mesh, lugs, PCC, RCC, XPM, frame work and including provisions of testing of test point, connecting to test point and all the tests on completion. (d) Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order.

Supply installation Testing & Commissioning of ECO friendly Diesel Engine driven generating set outdoor type of capacity 15 KVA not less than 25 BHP, latest CPCB-IV nearest higher side 400/440 volts, AC 3 phase, 50 HZ, 4 wire, 0.8 PF directly coupled alternator and engine Water cooled with AMF Panel common steel base fixed on cement concrete in foundation as per OEM recommendation DG set of 15 KVA platform with inbuilt AMF panel with 2 Nos suitable size of contactors as 01 No for main supply and 01 No for DG supply as per manufacturer's recommendation and other accessories comprising of following and complete all as specified and directed:- Notes :- 1. The DG Set should be design considering the derating factor of altitude 5204 ft above sea level (Challa (J&K)) extreme cold climate in winters. The ambient temp varies from -5 degree C (in winter) to 35 degree C (in summer). 2. After considering of derating factor by manufacturer on above mentioned location, the net output is required of 15 KVA DG set. 3. The Plinth should be as per Manufacturer's recommendation and the rate of plinth is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (A) ENGINE- ECO friendly for emisson and noise (PCB NORM COMPLIACE) 4 stoke diesel Engine confirming to BS standard developing, 1500 RPM turbocharged watercooled complete with a provision for 10% overload for one hour on 15 KVA and with following accessories:-

(B) ALTERNATOR - Salient pole brushless copper wound type suitable for direct couple to engine self-excited, self-regulated with fast response thermistor type electronic automatic voltage withhold output voltage with in desired limit (+1%) Dynamically balanced 400/415 volts AC 3 phase 50 HZ, 4 wire 0.8 PF lagging 15 KVA 1500 RPM star connected (4 wire) screen protected drip proof enclosures with radial fan mounted on rotor with insulation class- H suitable for ambient temperature varies from -5 degree C in winter to 35 degree C in summer with following accessories:- i) One MS frame suitable for mounting of Engine & alternator. ii) Fuel tank of suitable capacity as per Manufacturer recommendation complete with fuel gauge inlet/outlet connections drain valve with plug etc. iii) Battery of suitable capacity as per manufacturer recommendation with copper leads and terminals of suitable size iv) One set of AVM pads fitted on base frame.

(C) Acoustic enclosure - It shall be suitable for 15 KVA DG set the degree of protection IP-42 conforming to IS - 2147 as under:- i) Fabricated out of CRCA sheet of suitable thickness as per manufacture design. Polyester based powder coated internally and externally with lockable type door handle. All nuts and handles shall be zinc coated. ii) The doors are gasketed with EPDM gaskets. iii) Sound proofing with high quality rock wool/mineral wool confirming to IS 8183 of 50mm thickness and density at 96 Kg /m3 covered with fiber glass cloth and perforated powder coats sheet specially designed alienators (Sound controller) at air entry and exit of the container noise level shall be not exceed 75 Db at 1 meter distance as per latest CPCB norms. iv) Adequate ventilation to meet air requirement for combustion and heat removal with provn of a blower. v) Emergency stop push button outside the container. vi) Provn of light inside the canopy 20W LED fitting with wiring and control switch.

Supplying and fixing LT End termination joint 1100 V Grade suitable for XLPE cable of size 25 x 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing of GI wire 4mm dia for earthing complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XV)

Material and labour for construction of brick valve pit of size 60cmx60cmx60cm (internal dimensions) by excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removal, disposal of surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed, PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed aggregate) in foundation, brick masonary in cement mortar (1:3) using old size sub class 'B' bricks, rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) internally, neatly finished externally as the work proceeds in the same mortar, coping in 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), angle iron frame (40x40x6mm), MS sheet cover 5 mm thick with sleeve piece, frame work, butt hinge 125mm size with handle 100mm of MS bar and locking arrangement, painting all the exposed MS work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of the tint as approved by the GE over a coat of red oxide primer and painting all the MS embedded in PCC with two coats of black bituminous paint including excavation and earth work, internal and three coats of white wash on exposed plastered/concrete surfaces complete all as specified and shown on drawings.

FENCING AND SECURITY WALL WORKS (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XVI)

Supply & Fixing of Punched Tape Concertina Coil (including spike and handle) with 56 loops and dia 600mm, Max covered length 8 RM, having a core wire of high carbon spring steel of high tensile strength. The punched tape and copper wire (2.5 + 0.35mm dia) shall be heavy galvanized (IS-1730) (Wire-275GSM & strip-200 GSM) to provided protection against outdoor exposure. The punched tape shall mechanically crimped over the core wire and then formed into a coil at various parts of the periphery of coil. The width of strip as 19mm and spacing of blades 24.00 + 0.5 mm c/c. The weight of each coil shall be 8 + 5% Kgs without packing material and coil lenth of 8 Mtr (maximum) when opened up each coil would with bituminzed hessian cloth for providing protective packing Ref specification No CQAE/5660/1620/a for raw material and drawings IMGA-0112/B (Sheet 1 of 2), IMPD-1821, IMPD-1822 complete all as specified & directed.
