Material & labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of Brick/ stone/ concrete/ plastered surface materials exceeding 10cm width or girth and one coat of synthetic enamel paint (white or tinted) including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including brooming or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke spot, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, grasy spots and stopping nails marks by applying white cement base putty in patches as required and applying one coat of oil bound distemper (white or tinted) to walls including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by using eletronic tools for sanding/ scrapping and applying minimum 2 coats of acrylic emulsion paints with automatic roller machines/ spray machine of approved quality and shade over and including a coat of white primer including preparation and repairing of surface as required over ready mix by applying 2 to 3 mm thick wall care putty and sand papering, scraping, filling all holes and depressions etc. complete as per specification and standard. (Note :- Quoted rate to include providing and removing coverings to covers/goods, furniture or for protecting existing door, name plate, signage, light fittings, switch boards, fire extingusher, window panes or artwork (if any) and removing stains (if any) from the floors, doors, windows, ventilators, glass panes, furniture, platforms etc. complete all as specified and directed.)

Note :- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/ structure of any height.

Material & labour for preparation of old steel surfaces any description, exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel /aluminium paint (white or tinted) including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood/wood based materials exceeding 10cm width or girth and one coat of synthetic enamel paint (white or tinted) including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls, rub the wall surfaces with wire brush or grinder and finally with fine sand paper, and applying one coat of 2 to 3 mm thick white cement base wall care putty on walls finished the surfaces even and smooth with fine sand paper, and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over and including one coat of cement primer including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for rewriting letter or figures (Block/ Reman/ Indian/ Italian) height not exceeding 30 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs SS curtain rod of with 20mm dia with wall thickness 1.00mm in any length including bracket, stops, rollers etc. including dismantling of existing curtain rod complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair for powder coated GI grid frame work for false ceiling fixed with screw suspended with 6mm dia GI (up to 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3mm size 60mm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 12 mm thick perforated particicle board/ tiles for insulation and accoustic purpose 60x60 cm in size fixed with staples on snap grid including preparation of surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on new or previously untreated surfaces of ceiling in patch work including dismantling of existing board and fibre pluged and frame work etc including complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs 5 to 6mm thick PVC ceiling board fixed in flat surfaces on snap grid frame work including dismantling of existing PVC ceiling board complete all as specified & directed.

S&F roller venetian blinds, vertical/horizontal type, 100 mm wide with polyster fabric of approved colour and pattern with aluminium fittings and top rail and nylon /loops etc, fixed cuttings and alteration if necessary whereever AC/ coolers exists includings dismentaling of old unserviceable venetian blinds complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls and applying two coat of approved pattern acrylic emulsion textured paint over and including a coat of 3mm wall care putty including one coat of primer of first quality white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on stone masonry/PCC block masonry/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame as per apecification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame including dismantling of existing solid PVC wall lining complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in repairs stainless steel 304 grade with wall thickness 2mm, english alphabets/ numericals of hollow section of size up to 350mm high and 40mm wide with provision of LED back light of appproved colour fixed to existing stone/concrete/ wall surfaces including necessary wiring and making electric connection to existing source complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repairs stainless steel 304 grade with wall thickness 2mm, insignia figures/ shape/ unit logo as approved by GE of size exceeding 0.5 sqm to 1.00 sqm with provision of LED back light of appproved colour fixed to existing stone/concrete/ wall surfaces including necessary wiring and making electric connection to existing source complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old aluminium section outer frame , shutters , middle rails, lock rails , bottom rails including frame work ,fittings , beadings of windows ,doors , ventilators and partition walls of size not excedding 1.5 sqm each and applying two coat of Satin Pdr Paint (Asian/ Berger) including cleaning of glasses , board etc of windows ,doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes /spots after finishing the job complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old aluminium section outer frame, shutters, middle rails, lock rails, bottom rails including frame work, fittings, beadings of windows, doors, ventilators and partition walls of size excedding 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 3.00sqm each and applying two coat of Satin PDR Paint (Asian/ Berger/ Nerolac) including cleaning of glasses, boards etc of windows ,doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes /spots after finishing the job complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old aluminium section outer frame, shutters, middle rails, lock rails, bottom rails including frame work, fittings, beadings of windows, doors, ventilators and partition walls of size excedding 3.0 sqm but not exceeding 4.50 sqm each and applying two coat of Satin PDR Paint (Asian/ Berger/ Nerolac) including cleaning of glasses, boards etc of windows ,doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes /spots after finishing the job complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of concrete surface/ floor and applying two coat of floor protector paint (white or tinted) by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repairs for 5mm thick high density EPU flooring in patches including priming, screed topping antistatic type including making good to surface before application of low viscous epoxy primer having resin & hardnerer in equal volumes, approved by CPRI (Central Power Research Institute Banglore) including removing of existing broken/ disintegrated patch/portion complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment (wallpaper) including brooming or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke spot, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spot and stopping nails marks by applying 2 to 3mm thk smooth wall care putty including pasting of approved design wall paper with glue/suitable adhesive including cleaning of windows, doors and cutting of wall paper for switch board, electrical fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing complete all as specified and directed.
